Today I feel bad and I asked the lady for water and she told me that they didn't have water but they did?.

When the security guard asked for a water cup, and its triple digits and you charge over 2.00...thats ridiculous.
Store had dirty tables and floors.

Food is always good, but today was not okay.

Do not go here The so-called manager the young girl with the earrings in her lips is the rudest person I've ever come across I was picking up $200 worth of chicken and they refuse to let me use the restroom and told me to pee on myself because it's for employees only when I clearly seen a person that was eating in the restaurant come out of the restroom. I told her she was rude she screamed at me then I'm no longer allowed to come into her restaurant.

I understand, it’s Super Bowl Sunday, but if you’re going to allow online orders, STOP taking them when you see 40+ other customers waiting for their orders also. My order said it was ready at 4:20, I was still standing there at 5:00, couldn’t reach an employee being in the back of the mob. They called probably 20 names of people that weren’t even there, they obviously gave up too.I called and asked if it was ready, NOPE, not even started, so why would the website say it was ready? Crickets….. I asked for a refund, told to call Door Dash because “the website is powered by Door Dash”, called DD, they told me to contact the merchant! I finally called my bank and disputed the charge, chicken is not worth the stress or the time I wasted.
