They made me and a bunch of customers wait in line before telling us they would be closing and would not take our orders. This is not the first time it’s happened. They seem to close early often
I purchased a 40 wing combo yesterday to take to a family gathering. My pick up order was ready on time. The family loved all the flavors.
Ordered the 20x wings pack and it SHOULD come with fries. But it was not in there and the soda was not filled.
I was blessed coming here, my wings were great.
There was cockroaches on the ground one of them was on the counter by the register cashier didn’t even kill it or did anything about it
I was very hungry when I went to my local fire wings on Florin Rd. This locations service is usually good as usual. But TODAY, I went was greeted immediately as usual ordered my food for takeout. The cashier was very nice and offered the promos. When I got home I ate into a wing, I instantly noticed a shape of some sort of BUG with the ANTENNAS cooked into my chicken. I can not believe this!! I am so sick I can not even eat tonight. I will definitely send these photos to the health dept asap. This is not right. Refund?? SMH..

When the security guard asked for a water cup, and its triple digits and you charge over 2.00...thats ridiculous.
Store had dirty tables and floors.
