Okay lets start with this, the location has had its up and downs I have noticed compared to other locations. The parking is decent except make sure you look both ways before crossing. I have ordered from this location a bunch of times.

The atmosphere is okay except they have had AC problems and for a couple of days they wanted people to wait outside while it is hot outside. (This happened I think either in Sept /October I could be wrong, but it happened). The space is small and does not seat a lot of people. So it is a challenge if a big group came in.

The wait time varies depending on your order. They do have options for doordash,Uber eats, their website, and phone orders.

The staff are nice and trained well.

They do charge for extra sauces. The sauces they have are good and tasty. They do skimp on napkins, so make sure you ask for extra especially if you have a big order.

The last piece should be known for everyone, BUT make sure to check your order before leaving cause they forget to add or put things in the bag. I had a salad come with no chicken when there was supposed to be chicken on it.

No way they have those 2 employees working inside this store at 85 degrees no AC the had a big fan on only. The store is so dirty the floor looks like they never wash those floors the walls the kitchen. The the person in charge this is so wrong u can’t have employees working like this I run a restaurant my self an I know by law that temperature is way to hot to even have them working like that. Poor employees they still gave me good customer service thank u for that.

The past few weeks the quality of these wings continue to get poor.
Today I received wings that I ordered as “Buffalo” and the sauce was pretty much non-existent. I asked for extra crispy and I received what tastes like boiled wings. My family and I look forward to ordering wings from this establishment every week for game day. Unfortunately the service continues to decline and nothing is being done to try and make better changes for better quality of food and/or service.

This place uses Uber Eats to deliver food. Their food is amazing but often times the delivery drivers deliver the food up to an hour after leaving the store and 3 times they haven’t delivered the food at all. I have stoped ordering here for my work because delivery is completely unreliable. Hopefully management sees comments like tilhis and makes changes to delivery.

I spent over $30 at the Natomas Fire Wings yesterday for bone-in all flats, ordered extra crispy and extra wet (which costs extra). When I got back to work, none of those add-ons were done. This happens way too often at this location, while the Howe spot usually gets it right.

It’s frustrating to pay for options that aren’t delivered. I ended up forcing down a few pieces and then grabbing Jack in the Box instead. Really disappointing experience—especially for the price.

their garlic parmesan wings are good. They are one of the few places that actually puts enough garlic and parmesan. The wings are crispy and cooked well

The food was very regular. The service was unfriendly. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it was extremely hot. We tried to make the best out of a bad situation but I don't think I'll be visiting this place again.

I ordered off uber eats and I don’t think I’ll ever order again from here. It’s been let down upon let down. I ordered nashville tender fries in extra spicy and was given day old food. everything is hard and tastes old. it looks and tastes like I was given day old barbecue food and then they just added spices on top. I’m so disgusted

Owners need to replace the ac unit for the wonderful staff and dine in customers it's miserable if your dining in on a extreme heat day

Ordered 20pc flats only with two different flavors. Maybe I've been to WingStop too often, but the size of the flats weren't as big as WingStop. Still tasted good though.

Parking: Shares parking lot with other businesses so can be difficult to find a spot during peak times.

When this place first opened I use to recommend it to everybody!! But honestly their quality of food has really gone down!
