I don't know what to say about this place.
Not my first time.

My mozzarella sticks were kinda cold.
The chicken tender breading was coming off. You barely interact with the people who works there.
Did they say hello?
I don't remember
Place is still the same since they open. Still have the same tables and chairs. It was clean but not spotless.
We went when it wasn't busy.
Was it memorable? No.

Worst customer service I've had in years, maybe EVER. The bartender girl that helps with take out, cant do math and has ZERO customer service skills. I've been ordering maybe once a week, or at least twice a month for years now, but I will never eat there again.

first time trying this location-food was disgusting and disappointing compared to other locations I go to.. chicken was undercooked and the chili cheese fries were lacking- hardly and chili or cheese.. and they were old and hard and they thought they could hide it with the chili and cheese but there wasn’t enough anyway..I could have ordered regular fries if I wanted them plain. I will NEVER visit this location again. Delta Shores is still #1 in Sac. Antelope is cool, and the one in Natomas gets zero stars because the one time I placed online an order there, my order was canceled without explanation.

Ordered tender fries it clearly wasn't tenders it was some sort of blackened chicken. I asked for no spice it is very spicy. It was loaded with red chili flakes. If it's tender fries shouldn't it be made with tenders not blackened chicken? French fries were crispy. Husband said wings were good. I might give them another try at another location to see if they can get it right.

Terrible nasty and undercooked

I've been coming here for a couple months now but I just love the service. All the staff is just wonderful and go above and beyond to satisfy me and make sure I have a comfortable visit.💯👍

we come here for girls night every month, and we always hope to see shawn. he is so sweet, goes above and beyond, he is personable and provides the best service!!! <3

Wings weren't good. It takes like grease and burnt chicken. Fries were OK. I liked talking to the bartender. I sat their Thursday. I drunk lemonade. $17. I ate 2 of 6 wings.

The workers are always so nice and the atmosphere is nice too!

I wish they would learn how to season the wings. Disappointing and bland do better please,

The seasonings here are delicious and varied.
In fact, I wish the flavors were a bit stronger.

The chicken's texture is good, and I appreciate that they add plenty of sauce, so it's not dry.
The prices are reasonable.

There's also has a second floor, so even if many people come, there should be enough seating.
It seems like a good place to enjoy chicken while watching a game on TV with a beer.

The bartender/ server Shawnee messed up my order then proceeded to tell me that I was in the wrong. Then after a little dispute he decided he wanted to fight me in the parking lot. I told him I just wanted mango habanero wings but he wanted to give me a knuckle sandwich instead. Never coming back as long as Shawnee is working there.

Although there is a fire wings in Natomas where we live, we wanted to try this location because the Natomas one really went downhill especially with the food🥹. They got all 5 stars because the wings were exactly how we like it! The service and staff were Awesome and this location has an upstairs seating as well with screen tv’s! We ordered pickup and the wings looked so good and they were scrumptious that I totally forgot to take pics lol. Definitely worth the drive!

Wings were uncooked and the servers seemed less bothered for a good customer service.
Won't return ever again.
