This place changed for the worse. Ordered the chicken strips as I have in the past, what they gave me could best be described as chicken strings. They were no wider than a couple green beans, tough and stringy. Completely different than the quality they used to be. If chicken costs more right now, just raise the prices. Don’t shrinkflate the chicken to absurd lengths!

Just another restaurant charging a lot for a little bit of food. Ordered double protein and got what appeared like one portion.

Tonight, I ordered 15 wings for myself and my children. I called in the order, and everything seemed fine. I picked up the food and brought it home, but when we started eating, we noticed the wings had a rotten taste—the kind of smell chicken gets when it’s going bad.

I called the restaurant back and explained that the chicken tasted old. Immediately, the woman on the phone got defensive and argumentative. She told me that she had personally made the food, that I should have checked the order, and that other people order from there without issue. I calmly responded, letting her know I wasn’t calling to cause problems—I just wanted to let them know the chicken didn’t taste right. I asked if I could bring it back, and she agreed.

When I returned to the store, I once again explained that I didn’t want to have to bring the food back, but I also felt it wasn’t my fault that I was served chicken that smelled and tasted off. I had eaten there before and respected the couple who runs the place, but the way she reacted made me not want to return. Her attitude gave me anxiety, and instead of ordering something else, I asked for a refund.

I requested cash back, even though I had paid with a card. She was extremely rude about it, but the man working there helped de-escalate the situation and convinced her to give me a cash refund, which I appreciated because I still had to buy food for my kids. Otherwise, I would have had to wait five days for the refund to process back onto my card. Initially, they were trying to get me to place another order, but at that point, I had no interest in eating there again.

Bottom line: If you choose to eat here or support similar businesses, check your food before you leave. I’m disappointed in how she handled the situation because I wasn’t trying to be difficult—I just expected them to care if a customer told them something was wrong with their food. To top it off, they made me sign a receipt stating that I got cash back, which I found unnecessary and offensive. I don’t steal, and I make a point to support small businesses, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue like this. I think I’m done with these types of places.

I usually only leave positive reviews, but in this case, I felt it was important to share. I’m not telling anyone not to eat here—just check your food before you leave.

Their boneless chicken wings are literally mushy like chicken nuggets, and nah it ain't the same texture, I can compare it between BWW to this.

They get my order wrong occasionally, but usually the food is pretty decent.

The worse customer service i wish i was given them 0 stars the manger was so unprofessional and Rude i will never go there again .i was driving 4 miles to gave them business after they treated me horrible no more visit perhaps this was not the only time i was treated that it happened to me two more time before ,so i have had it taking my business somewhere else .The mangers were horrble omg !!!

This place not only forgot parts of my order, they accused us of lying when we went back to correct it. Literally took our money for no reason. The management on Monday May 6th around 7:30 PM is awful.There are better places to eat with much more respectable service.I would give 0 stars if I could.
