Firehouse Crawfish

I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday at 8:38 PM, just before the official closing time of 9:00 PM. Although I expected to be served a leisurely meal, the server leahdemonstrated exceptional understanding and professionalism in handling the situation with me. She kindly took my order for takeout despite the approaching closing time. Her outstanding customer service, combined with the delicious seafood offerings, made for a memorabl e experience.

The food is always great although they could use a couple more sausages in the S&L combo but they never miss when it comes to there sauces

Got crayfish, crab, shrimp and they were cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive to me.

I finally got to try Firehouse Crawfish, and I’m so glad I did. The seafood boil was incredible. I ordered a mix of crawfish and shrimp with the collision sauce, and every bite was full of flavor. You can really tell they put care into their seasoning and cooking.

What really surprised me was the Mango Tango cocktail. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out to be one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. It was fruity, just the right amount of sweet, and had a nice little kick that went perfectly with the spicy seafood.

The staff made me feel very welcome. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Came in and ordered. Told 15 minutes and they would text. We sat outside waiting for over 30 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt even though it was not busy at all. I go in to check and they are all standing around chatting and my order has been sitting getting cold. WTH kind of service is that for the amount of money you charge for mediocre seafood. Not the first time the service has been terrible. Think about hiring better staff with all that money you charge.

Arick was one of the best servers I’ve ever had! He was very attentive, welcoming and overall a great server. I will be back just because of Arick and hope to have him again!

for the price of the food it was very disappointing compared to other places that serve the same kind of food.seafood is easy to cook but has to be done right I would have gone to asian cajun and had a better experience than this will not be comming back ever

Get ready to be messy and have fun eating top-notch sea food. Reasonably priced dishes and drinks. Be aware! Beer and wine license only. Mixed drinks are made with soju.
