Cleanest shop I've ever been in. The guy also was actively cleaning every nook and cranny while we were there. I've also never had better customer service at a sandwich shop, the guy was so polite and the sandwiches were amazing.

it shouldn't take 15 minutes to prepare one sandwich, especially with only 3 patrons in the restaurant. We are on lunch break and only get n hour. Food is delicious, its their efficiency thats lacking.

My new favorite sandwich place. Today was the fresh carved turkey sub with cranberry sauce. Amazing. I could only ask that there is more turkey.

We ordered in yesterday. I got a break from cooking for lunch at least. The deal for a buy 1 get 1 sandwich was awesome. So, service is already on point. I can't speak to the ambiance because we didn't go out but the food was delicious. Just how I remembered it. We had 2 hook and ladders with all the fixins'. So yummy, it was gone in our tummies real quick. No pics. Maybe next time. I was a little too hungry for picture taking.

The sandwiches Taste great, My only negative is there isn’t one close to me. We Visited the store in Sacramento and we live further north about two hours away. But when traveling south to the city we often stop by there.

Took two bites of my sub and it's was dripping oil. Threw it away. Not even bothering to get my money back... Just terrible.

Since finding this place, I’ve gone three times in the past week. This is the A+ student to Subway’s C student. Their meatball subs are my current favorite.

I have been seeing commercials on Firehouse Prime Rib subs, Since I have never been or had a Firehouse sub decided I needed to try. We got our order to go but the Staff and shop were inviting so we stayed and ate in. OH MY the Prime Rib sub was delicious, Best I have eaten. And I have had them at several restaurants.
I will be back to this store as a regular customer.
