The sandwiches were great except for one I ask for jalapeño in one and it tasted like there were not enough in it like only two or three oh and the pickles on the side when I ask for two I feel like they sliced it in half to make two but overall the sandwiches were good just wish it had the jalapeños I ask for

My wife liked the food but I really didn't like my sandwich it could of been just the sandwich I ordered which was the cheese steak one the mushrooms were not good and the sauce or whatever they use I wasn't really feeling it but ima give it another try see if the next one is better

We visited Firehouse Subs thanks to a promotion through the T-Mobile Tuesdays app—buy one, get one free. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside is that Firehouse Subs locations aren’t very common, so we felt lucky to find one nearby.

We placed a to-go order, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and not very crowded, which made for a quick and pleasant visit. That might just be a contrast to the busier vibe I’m used to in the Bay Area, but the quiet atmosphere here in Sacramento was a nice change of pace.

Staff were polite, and they even let me use the restroom, which I appreciated. I do wish there were more Firehouse Subs locations around, but I would definitely come back to this one in the future.

Not worth the price! Sandwich had minimal meat was less than tasty and ajou was chunky and cold.

First and last time I’m ever going to this sorry spot. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Rude and dirty people serving customers. Worst store to go to with bickering and gossiping behind the counter. Dirty store.

Where do I start let me start on the management saving money on reusing the same potato soup for 3 days and reheating and giving out mashed potatoes. I spoke to Hau the manager the first time she said she couldn't give me a refund for that old soup so I just left it alone let a couple weeks go by I didn't feel like driving to SOURDOUGH CO so I went back to Hau's store thinking she probably fixed the problem but no Hau is serving mashed potatoes not even mashed potatoes I would say potatoe salad for potato soup I could pick up the potatoes with a fork oil soaked through the bag indicates it has confirmed what I knew already it was reheated. Hau needs to go back to training to help with customer service skills and quality of food skills instead of getting upset at a customer that is telling the truth about the quality that Firehouse upholds.
Hau also needs to know how to speak to customers instead letting her employees do it for her she pushed the employee out there. Hau is known for neglecting g her duties as manager hopefully she gets it right and know that there is more soups around than just her..
