“The day I went in the young man at the register was so polite. You don't feel that from many people these days. I didn't get his name but the fact that he took the time to ask how my day was and offered pleasant conversation was very meaningful. I wish I remembered his name.“
“I came in last week and had such a pleasant experience which was very refreshing compared to how fast food customer service typically is these days. I called in ordering a burger with some fries and the lady was very pleasant and helpful. (wish I could remember her name this was last Wednesday evening). But I came in to pick up my meal and she immediately acknowledged me and had the fries put down so that they can be fresh. This employee deserves a raise as this kind of courtesy and service unfortunately is very rare these days. The burgers were also really good too. Two thumbs up to the 5 Guys team that day.“
