These kids do not know what they're doing, constantly getting my order wrong. I paid $25 for a little fries and a little cheeseburger and they left so many ingredients off of my cheeseburger that I paid for, again. How hard is it to look at the order instructions?? Really??

FOOD POISONING. I never get sick definitely don’t have a weak stomach and this is all I ate today. Immediately after eating I felt like garbage the whole night and felt like I should throw up. I tried to stick it out but the next morning I threw up a ton of five guys and was throwing up like never before. Only aye one burger, spent $16 on one burger to throw up my stomach lining all night. Garbage food place just go to in n out.

Funny how my last review magically disappeared. Anyways. A few months back I had a rude encounter with a worker that called my blind girlfriend retarded because she tried the door even though it said closed at 9, (mind you the open sign was on which is why I told her to try it) He also had a piece of foil in his hands for some reason? I had posted the images of him holding it, it looked burned on the bottom. The encounter ended with him basically telling her she was lucky to not be a man because he would've hit her if she was. Very unsettling, especially because besides this one man, I've had nothing but good encounters with the workers here. Very unsettling for my pregnant girlfriend especially, though.
I came in last week and had such a pleasant experience which was very refreshing compared to how fast food customer service typically is these days. I called in ordering a burger with some fries and the lady was very pleasant and helpful. (wish I could remember her name this was last Wednesday evening). But I came in to pick up my meal and she immediately acknowledged me and had the fries put down so that they can be fresh. This employee deserves a raise as this kind of courtesy and service unfortunately is very rare these days. The burgers were also really good too. Two thumbs up to the 5 Guys team that day.

Prices are hefty. Food was excellent though. $45 for 2 people. Kinda pricey. Recommend trying the shakes. All are good. The fries are a large portion so order small. Burger is great without cheese. Lots of add on options for free like mushrooms, lettuce, pickles, etc.

Good food, but the restaurant was a tad dirty. Tables needed wiping down, floor needed sweeping, ketchup was empty, but promptly refilled when asked.
