The meanest rudest place I have ever ordered from donât order from here order from west sac they actually care and will make your food the way you order and ask it to be made. This location doesnât care and they are stupid mean. Be warned also their food is always burnt over cooked and they skimp and cut corners to save money. Not how it used to be they claim ânew managementâ corporate said they arenât supposed to be doing that so just donât waste time. The new managers are terrible! Will never EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! They also refused a refund even tho the food wasnât touched. Refused to help in anyway just said it sucks to suck basically. So donât waste your money

The fries was really burned such is was not good to eat as itâs not healthy it should be normal but that lady forgot to take it out from the fryer
Ordered my fries well done and for the third straight time they are undercooked. $11 for one large fry and they seem to spite you for asking them to cook it longer. Completely ridiculous that I have to finish cooking them at home in the oven so they aren't raw.

Lady wearing all black was horrible, calling me and friends very offensive things after we asked for water cups and didnât want to pay for soda cups, she charged us $11 for the WATER cups and then called me broke. Will never be going back here and please do something about her.
