The day I went in the young man at the register was so polite. You don't feel that from many people these days. I didn't get his name but the fact that he took the time to ask how my day was and offered pleasant conversation was very meaningful. I wish I remembered his name.

This was an amazing five guys honestly, I don't usually get five guys cuz I'm not a fan of the food and the price but I went today and this food was great. Service on point, the workers all there super nice super attentive, honestly if I could give more I would, I just hope they get more from, because they are doing that good of a job10/10

I was shocked to get the $62 bill for 3 hot dogs, 3 shakes, and one large fries. The most expensive hotdog, lunch ever! And the hotdogs were nothing special; instead they were small, store-bought size hotdogs with regular store-bought hotdog buns. You can buy a hotdog twice as big at Costco for $1.50, and that comes with a nice size drink. Nevertheless, I tipped the exceptionally nice young crew members $9.
They never pick up the phone and the fries are always soggy and nasty. Never thought I’d say that about five guys fries.

Asked twice to have the table wiped offThen got a refiund. She was more focused on taking orders. 3 workers. One on break sitting on his phone with the volume all the way up....NM..quite rude to do that. Seems to be the norm

Super impressive when the two workers are cussing and yelling at each other because they messed up something today and had to refund $10. Your a multi million dollar company but your staff is incredibly unprofessional. The gentleman just wanted his correct order for him and his children. Hats off for keeping his calm compared to the outlandish employees acting like cry babies. That's why you work a fryer at five guys not a real job.

Any cashier/employee who yells at me "Boss‼️" when I enter a restaurant, needs to be retrained in customer service,...it's a pretty easy gig, to just say "Hey, how are you or Hey, what can I get you guys?"Boss, is international known, as handing me power, over a situation, I wish not to lead, mostly heard in liquor stores, along with the purchase of malt liquor.
