Fizz Champagne & Bubbles Bar

Went for their $65+ per person Mother's Day 2025 brunch event. I was impressed by the decor and atmosphere. Loved the colors chosen and the feel of the place. However, the menu for this event was to die for, the preparation was not. The eggs were watery, the bacon was not done and crispy, I am not sure why they used baguettes for French toast. The potatoes weren't prepared in a very inviting way. Besides the bacon, there was no other meat. Besides the other offering, I suppose the other food options met some standard. All in all $65 for uncooked and ill prepared food is some type of robbery or violation.

The champagne and duck fat fries were amazing! Peter was a great host, absolutely loved the atmosphere.

Had a lovely experience here at Fizz. Stopped by on a whim for happy hour; enjoyed the atmosphere, aesthetic vibes, and service. Diana was the bartender/hostess and she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the wine selections. She really made my experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a cute girls meet up, or start to an evening.

Diana and Felix were amazing! Diana was very knowledgeable and made wonderful recommendations. She introduced me to many new things by listening to what I like. She invited me to join their club. Felix killed it in the kitchen. I got the sliders and they were juicy, flavorful and amazing! Love the team environment! Highly recommend!

I really like it, but the music was so loud you had to yell. Not the atmosphere I expect in a champagne bar.

What a cute champagne, wine, and cocktail bar! Seating is limited but thankfully I went at a good time and got a great seat at the bar. My friend and I loved our cocktails and the service was super fast. The bartender was friendly and attentive, we will definitely be back!

I would give my review all "5 stars" if they had honored the $25 price for the duck fries and bottle of Champayne that was on the Open table page for Fizz. I pointed it out to them, and they said thank you for letting us know "but the price has now changed to $45" and we need to get this changed. We still ordered the deal as it was a good deal. But when I booked the reservation, we were excited about the "Fri"day promo... And they should have honored the price as posted. But the service was great, and they were kind, and the food came out fast and fresh and the duck fries were simply amazing. And my boyfriend loved the oysters. I wish I could recall the gentlemen's name that served us, he was magical and sweet and changed my mood after navigating event parking.

Great atmosphere and service. Would recommend to others.

This is my first time at fizz and last time. The bartender/waiter/owner whoever he is or attended us was extremely rude from the minute we walked in. I paid 130$ for the date night package which included 2 flights and fries. I was not aware that they pour all your tastings at once so I "nicely" asked the waiter why they do that and he just stared at me with a blank face and did not say a word. I then asked why is that and he said "what" 3x because he could not hear me. Interrupting me each time. Once I said Nevermind he looked at me with another blank expression and walked away. I have never been greeted in such a way. It is not worth it at all. They don't pour the glasses even what the tasting should be. All the drinks of champagne were flat and not bubbly at all due to him brining it out all at once. Super disappointed. Real wineries are the same price and offer a way more elegant experience.

I did not get to experience the food because the kitchen was closed. The espresso martini was absolutely amazing!!! The only thing that would've made my experience better was the kitchen being open.

We are new members of the Fizz Champagne and Bubbles Bar Club. We went to pick up our monthly bottles of champagne this week and really enjoyed the meal we ordered as well as the wine! The service from Diana was great and the croque monsieur sandwiches were excellent. Also, the duck fat truffle fries were just about the best we've had. A great place to eat near DOCO. We also got into a nice conversation with another couple in the restaurant. Give it a try!
