Dianna made the best 77 cocktail!! So good I had to have a second!! Great atmosphere!!! Will be back!!!

Manager was very rude. He treated us like we weren't worthy enough to be there. We showed up and the entire place was empty. Took a minute for someone to come out and greet us. I asked if we could sit in the small room with a couch and server said he'd ask their manager. Manager came out and immediately was hostile saying “minimum is $500 if you can afford it you can sit there” we asked again since no one had walked into the bar and he was still very rude telling us no. Had one drink & left!

This is the BEST place you could possibly go to for a drink. Or multiple. All of the bartenders are incredibly friendly, with awesome suggestions. The drinks are phenomenal everytime. It's become a favorite spot of ours. Truly though, the staff, specifically Diana and Nick, are what make it. They are kind, considerate, and so much fun. I couldn't recommend this place more! 💖

I am writing this review on behalf of my spouse, who had a troubling and unacceptable experience during her visit. What happened raises serious concerns about professionalism, accountability, and whether all guests are being treated with equal respect.

My spouse visited for an afternoon reading and began with a happy hour French Blanc de Blanc, which she enjoyed. Unexpectedly, a server brought duck-fat fries to her table—an item she did not order. He placed them in front of her and said, “These are yours,” which led her to believe they were complimentary.

When the bill arrived, she was charged for the fries. When she explained she never ordered them, the server insisted that she had and spoke to her in a dismissive and harsh tone. Based on how he interacted with other guests compared to her, she left feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that raised concerns about discriminatory behavior.

No customer should walk away feeling disrespected or targeted. The handling of this situation was deeply unprofessional.

Because of the seriousness of this interaction and the emotional impact it had on my spouse, I will be consulting with my attorney regarding next steps. I am hopeful management will address this matter immediately, issue a formal apology, and take corrective action to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.

Guests deserve honesty, respect, and equitable treatment at all times.

More than champagne here! Stumbled upon this gem looking for a place to get a drink before the TSO show at Golden 1 Center. The vibe was classy and comfortable.

Nick is a master at crafting cocktails, exceptionally knowledgeable about spirits and very warm and welcoming.

I highly recommend this place for an amazing experience!

our server was wonderful. We were there for a Pre Stevie Nicks concert spurge, They gave us great suggestions, wonderful prompt service. The music that night was even Stevie. I love this place and I am so happy to have discovered it. The location makes it SO easy to indulge before a show!! Love it

Andreas is the best! Love this champagne bar! Great vibe, great food. However, Andreas is the heart and soul of this place. Love him, love Fizz!

Fizz Champagne & Bubbles Bar was such a fun experience! The entire place feels elegant and celebratory, even if you’re just popping in for a casual drink. The champagne list is incredible, and the staff were so knowledgeable in helping us pick something unique to try. I loved that they offered small bites to pair with the drinks...everything we tried was fresh and beautifully presented. The space itself is chic and modern but still comfortable enough to relax in. It’s the kind of place where you can lose track of time sipping, chatting, and enjoying the atmosphere. Perfect for a date night out.

Jeff and Diane were great hostesses as we enjoyed this intimate bubbles bar in the heart of DOCO.
We decided to stop in for their reverse happy hour and it was a delight! The conversation, the menu and of course the fizz!
The duck fries and oysters are delicious and compliment the champagne and wine we enjoyed.
Look forward to going back!

Gorgeous champagne, duck fat fries are the best! We went here for brunch, the food was lovely, service was excellent. Fizz is one of our 'go to' when we visit Sacramento!

Went for their $65+ per person Mother's Day 2025 brunch event. I was impressed by the decor and atmosphere. Loved the colors chosen and the feel of the place. However, the menu for this event was to die for, the preparation was not. The eggs were watery, the bacon was not done and crispy, I am not sure why they used baguettes for French toast. The potatoes weren't prepared in a very inviting way. Besides the bacon, there was no other meat. Besides the other offering, I suppose the other food options met some standard. All in all $65 for uncooked and ill prepared food is some type of robbery or violation.

The champagne and duck fat fries were amazing! Peter was a great host, absolutely loved the atmosphere.
