I came here during the week for some drinks. I sat at the bar, and even though no one else was sitting there, it took a while for the bartender to acknowledge me. It wasn't until 3 other people sat down that he said anything to me (yet talked to them first). 2 out of the 3 drinks I received were filled with too much ice. The other 1 was just a tiny drink. 1 drink had red things (seeds maybe) sitting at the bottom of it. When I asked him about it, he said it was because of...
I had to have a very serious spinal operation at Sutter Medical that required us to have an 11 day stay. I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassion and kindness. They genuinely wanted to make sure that my room was clean and I had everything that I needed. It meant the world to me. The front desk staff and housekeeping went above and beyond! Plus, the food at the restaurant was top notch!
Upon staying at the Fort Sutter Hotel, the team and Four Palms were exceptionally welcoming, engaging and helpful with recommendations. Khari, Makayla and Ness went the extra mile! Four Palms offers the full Bernardo Cafe menu and ensured NBA games were on and the music playlist fit their vibe. Great wine selection, too.
