I love franks! i love the atmosphere, the drinks, trying a new one everytime i go in, and the bartenders are always so nice despite it being busy. However, they say fee free atm but me and others have been charged $2 every time. and yeah it’s only $2 but why say fee free when there is one 😭 however will always be back!

Well, we arrived around 9pm on a Tuesday night, the place was packed. We waited near the bar for around 10 minutes and left after not being acknowledged. The halloween decor was nice.

The blonde waitress we had was rude. The place is hellllaaaa small. Honestly, the only reason we went was because there was a Beetlejuice pop-up… the decor and the drinks were cute I can’t lie, but honestly, it took us forever to even find the place because it was in the middle of nowhere. And then the waitress kept “forgetting” to bring me my change.

During my first visit to Frank's, I was excited to try their Beetlejuice-themed drink and atmosphere, and it did not disappoint. The cocktail was deliciously crafted, capturing the essence of the theme perfectly. The decor of the venue added to the experience, creating a fun atmosphere for the themed event.
However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the friendly demeanor of the male bartender, my experience with the female bartender during my second round was frustrating. The wait time for our drinks was excessively long, and when a friend joined us and ordered a drink, we had to follow up with another bartender after 30 minutes of waiting.
While the overall vibe and creativity of the drinks are commendable, the service issues detracted from the experience. It’s a cute spot for a themed night out, but I might not prioritize it for my next bar visit.
