Fred's burger is pretty good. Coming here on a weekday at 2 PM. The place was pretty empty. I was the only one inside. As I entered, the staff greeted me friendly and with a smile the place is very simple as you expect for a burger place. I ordered the double cheeseburger with fries, and that came out pretty fast. The meat was very juicy and very cheesy, just the way I like it almost the bun is pretty thick, which is good for some people and not good for me. Overall, the burger was good. The fries was cooked very good as well and I enjoyed it along with my burger. What I do like about this place is that the meat is Halal, which is a plus. Definitely, try this place when you're in the area for a decent burger with fries that comes out fast. Definitely recommend this place. They offer made-to-order burgers, hotdogs, and sandwiches. I opted for the Double Cheeseburger combo, which included fries and a medium drink for around $15. The fries stood out with an interesting and excellent seasoning. My order arrived hot, crispy, and fresh.They also serve authentic ice cream shakes, and you can even buy Fred's Burger hats and t-shirts as souvenirs.I plan to return someday for another lunch experience. Give it a try yourself!

Best hamburgers we've had in a long time. Went there the first time today the 19th and we will def. be back. Both my wife and I got the hamburger, I got the combo. If we had both gotten the combo burger we would have been buried in fries! Super service, super food. Everything was fresh, hot, and great.

For a burger place, the patty is lacking, just a frozen one. Buns were okay. Vegetarian burger was okay.Fries were seasoned, a bit too salty for my liking. Clean restaurant, friendly service. We likely wouldn't return.

Super nice new halal burger place! Ordered here late before they closed and service was on point and prompt. Their burgers are amazing, so are the fries. I'm not a huge fan of the wild fries since they had a spicy kick, but it's my bad for not reading other reviews before ordering.Slightly expensive for a burger joint, but I'll be coming again for the quality.It's in a hidden place within the shopping center, but it does exist there

If you're a burger lover this is a must stop by. I believe they have one vegetarian option for the burger. I'm a fry and milkshake girl so I am all smiles. The fries are crispy, nice and hot. DISAPPOINTING! Their burger patty tastes rubbery and artificial. Also the burger runs a little sweet than I'd prefer and there's just no char flavor. The "special sauce" that comes on the wild fries just taste like thousand island.2 stars for just the regular fries since it came out fresh and crispy. Although, the first initial taste oddly taste like cinnamon.I'm really sad I spent money on this burger, the patty really needs to be revamped. It's worst than buying a frozen patty and cooking it at home. I would have enjoyed McDonald's more.

The similarity between their offerings and In-N-Out's is quite striking, but the price at this place is almost double! As soon as I walked in and saw the steep cost, I hesitated before placing my order. Unfortunately, did the taste of the food match the bold claim of being the best burger in town? Not for me. I still prefer In-N-Out's burgers, which, in my opinion, outshine this one. While the burger was decent, the fries were overdone. I also missed out on Cookies and Cream flavor when ordering, but the chocolate shake I got was satisfactory. The order was ready in a reasonably short time, around 5-7 minutes or so. Would I give it another shot? Probably not, unless they reconsider their pricing strategy.

Service: I was politely greeted by someone at the counter and he was helpful in going over menu items. After we ordered, we did not have to wait long before we received our meals (there were only two other guys who came in after we did when this occurred). He checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with our order and we even let him know how amazing the food and service was as we left. Terrific customer service! Food: The food was GREAT! I won't disparage other burger places by making comparisons, but I have tried a lot of burger places in the Sac Metro area (including the small dive spots), and to me - Fred's Burger makes the BEST hamburger I have ever tasted. The meat was seasoned, produce was fresh, the bun was perfect. And the fries - don't get me started on the fries! The Wild Fries are fries loaded with perfection as toppings! The meal was tasty and if I did not live so far away, I would have picked some up the next day as well. I know most don't go there with soft drinks also, but I will. The soft drinks machine had great soda. Nice carbonation on each and not a hint of any being flat. Very impressed here! Ambiance: The inside of the building is nicely colored and decorated, they make use of a nice flatscreen to display their delicious menu items, and they even have a small area for branded merchandise (such a cool feature)! The employees are friendly, and other customers I saw were equally as impressed with their meals here. All in all, I WILL BE BACK! Bottom Line: I cannot speak for others, but when you want the best darn burger in the universe, go to Fred's Burgers. I am giving it two stars! I have been here a few times, and it's not consistent with the flavor. The first time, burger was super amazing and the milk shake too.! The second time, the burger was still on point done like the first time l went, but the shake fell off the wagon, had absolutely no flavor, returned it!And the this last final time l will ever go there, even took a friend, the burger taste so different, l thought was at McDonald's, my friend order the shake he also complained it had ZERO flavor.I was embarrassed . The price you also pay there, l expect some quality.

It came with a 20-22 oz fountain drink (Coke products), and fries. Man this burger was awesome. Cooked to perfection, food was hot, seasoned well, generous size, fresh sweet onion, soft bun, special sauce and MESSY! Fries are great, taste like batter dipped fries, plus Diet Coke. Small place, inside and outside dining, good menu, friendly staff members. They have a kids menu, plus for adults burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and the "messy fries" look and sound good.
