Had a great experience at this KBBQ spot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The grill stayed hot, and the cuts of meat were high quality. What really stood out, though, was the service. Nate took care of our table and made the whole experience even better. He was attentive without hovering, checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, and kept things running smoothly the whole night. Walked into the restaurant no staff in sight for greetings. I had to walk around the waiting area till someone finally noticed me and came to the front desk. Now mind you this the restaurant is completely empty except for maybe 4-5 tables max with patrons. I finally get seated and 5 minutes go by before I'm offered a beverage. I noticed the utensil given (the tongs) had residue on them so I requested a new set, I informed the server and got new utensils with my beverage....
Great selection of quality meat and services. Jesus C. was our server and he went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday special. I hope Jesus got the recognition he's deserved for his impeccable services. One thing I wish Gen BBQ can improve in the future is to have more varieties of vegetables.
