Their breakfast burrito tri tip meat was too salty and the salsa was super salty as well. They need to check their salt levels as it ruins the food.

I placed my food order at 12:19 PM and received it at 12:52 PM. I observed the food preparation staff assemble my sandwich in just two minutes. However, when the cashier checked on the status of my order, a male employee, who appeared to be either Hispanic or Caucasian, made a disrespectful comment regarding my order. I am unsure if anyone reviews these comments, but this experience ate up my entire lunch time.

When I approached the register to request a refund, the food preparers suddenly completed my sandwich in under two minutes. Why did they make me wait so long? I counted 11 people in this time frame who ordered after me and received their food. Regrettably, I did not receive an apology, which raises concerns about whether such service is the norm at this establishment.

When I finally made it back to work and opened the sandwich they made, it was so sloppy and all over the wrapping. I basically paid $18 for a kids size bag of chips…. I find this level of service to be unprofessional, inconsiderate to other people’s time, and unacceptable.

The coffee and food here are great. The service from the barista at the front of the shop is 5 stars, she literally keeps the place running by herself during the busiest hours, and she’s always nice and professional. One of your cooks on the other hand arrives every morning around 6:30 AM in what looks like a green Acura blasting his music so loud the entire neighborhood can hear it. I can hear it from the 7th floor of the tower every morning. Please talk with this gentleman it’s incredibly inconsiderate to the residents who live at CT and extremely unprofessional. If it continues I will be reporting him to CT’s management.

They make my morning better, it’s always busy but they’re always fast and kind.

I ordered a 16oz latte, and it was the worst I have ever tasted. I am not being hyperbolic. It was like I was chewing on French Roast coffee beans. The espresso was severely over extracted, and I say this as a lover of dark roast espresso.

I gave them an extra star because service was quick despite them being busy.

This was my go-to coffee shop when I worked down the street and had to come pay it a visit to have my favorite things. I really like the iced matcha and Mexican mocha. Though they are good, these drinks taste like they have a lot of sugar so I didn’t get them as often. This time I got drip coffee (Peru option) and the coffee was not good. I remember the coffee being mid (and still is) but the food is really good. My favorite thing there is the cap tower. The avocado toast is also good- I tried it during this visit and I remember it being better but it was still ok. The cap tower was delicious as usual. Another morning favorite is the morning special. I did not get it this time around but I like to order it and add bacon- so good! The service is ok you can wait a long time for food and sometimes they may forget your order (has happened to me a few times, including this time when I went). All in all I really like this place. The food is good the drinks will do and I rather support a small business than a coffee chain. Def recommend!

I hardly ever leave reviews but after coming here a handful of times and being blown away by the quality of their food every single time I had to write one. Their hot chicken sandwich with fresh pesto is to die for! Their half Cobb salad was packed full of goodies and their breakfast bagel sandwich with sprouts, tomato and cucumber was excellent too. Their specialty coffee drinks were a tad too sweet for me but I asked for it less sweet the second time and it was perfect. The staff here are so nice and welcoming even when it is really busy.

Got the Turkey Guacamole and I added Jalapeños. Sandwich was really good, good amount of sauces and toasted bread. Good value for the size of the Sandwich. They were very busy and still got me my Sandwich pretty quick!

I’ve been meaning to check out this place for over a year now. Finally stopped in. The smell of bacon engulfed the entire area, and beckoned me it. It was a sign! :)Walked in and first impression is that the setup is a little wonky. You have one cashier who takes orders, makes coffee and hands out orders when ready. This leads to a bit of slow service. There is no number system for orders, either. So I waited around for almost 20 min for my sandwich. Next time I’ll definitely call it in. That being said, it was worth it as I was absolutely famished! There is also some outdoor seating which is nice and shaded.I got the Turkey Club on Wheat. The bacon was crispy and cooked perfectly. It was loaded too. Turkey was just ok, but there was a decent amount on the sandwich. The wheat bread was good (next time I’ll do sourdough). Condiments were fresh. The downside; there was no pickle! :( Oh well. For the price ~$10 it was worth it, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Loved my breakfast burrito that I tried for the first time at Gino's. House coffee is good. Went at a time when they were not so busy so we received good service.

When I say no restroom I mean don't come here if you have a natural bladder or if you'd like to simply wash your hands after your meal. I thought the cashier was nice at first and saw her walk food out to the customer before me, but then she decided that I personally should come back inside to get mine. Discriminatory I guess. Food is alright, not necessarily worth what you pay.
