I have been eating at Genghis Khan Mongolian BBQ for 20 years since Ronnie and Timmy ran them. I love there food. The ingredients and the system are consistent. The atmosphere is just how Timmy planned it. But if you order here through an app or don't make it yourself expect food you didn't order, in the masses, to just be added ad-lib concoction style to your dish (their preferences), with no consideration for allergens. I love this place. I order on average once a week.
My service dog would rather eat Mongolian BBQ than pizza. He has a lot of allergies so I order pretty plain, but the sauces and the noodles, he even does a dog version of slurping the noodles.
Great food and people with true value for the money.

At Mongolian BBQ, one of the keys is cleanliness, and unfortunately, the ingredient bar looked a hot mess. The almost saving grace was the actual taste of the food. Tender meats, variety of sauce options, and not overcooked.
