Small stop, amazing food. Havana sandwhich is the best. Horchata coffee isn't for me but is well done. I go here weekly for the sandwhich. Nice people

Been doordashing my breakfast from them every once in a while for a few months and their food is honestly top tier. Also, you definitely want to try their plantains and cuban espresso horchata.

Drove 45 minutes and got there at 3:42pm. To be told because they close at 4pm they only serve burritos was a disappointment.

Gondo Fusion is one of those places that really surprised me with how creative and flavorful it was. A Cuban-Mexican fusion concept, it manages to honor both cuisines while creating something completely new. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, and it was phenomenal - the bread was toasted perfectly, the pork was juicy and seasoned with care, and the pickles and mustard added just the right tang. I also tried some tacos, and they were unlike any I’ve had before, full of bold, smoky flavors that packed a punch. The menu itself was exciting because it wasn’t just standard dishes; everything had a twist that made it unique. The staff were energetic and genuinely excited about what they were serving, which made the meal feel even more enjoyable. The vibe was casual and fun, making it the perfect place to stop in with friends or family for something filling and different. What impressed me most was how seamlessly the flavors of two cuisines came together - it never felt forced, just delicious and original. Sacramento needs more places like this.

Great food and service! 10% off for healthcare workers and the location is close to UC Davis medical center.
Their Cuban sandwich is awesome, even better with the spicy sauce.

Flavor Explosion! A Must-Try Spot!
I had the best experience at Gondo Fusion! From the moment we walked in, everything—from the atmosphere to the service—was amazing. The food is truly something special. It’s full of unique, delicious touches that make every bite memorable.
My husband is obsessed with their Cuban sandwich—it’s his absolute favorite! As for me, I can’t get enough of the burrito. The flavor is out of this world—bold, fresh, and totally satisfying.
We also tried the horchata and jamaica water, and WOW! Both drinks were refreshing and perfectly made—sweet, but not too sweet, and full of authentic flavor.
If you’re in the area and looking for food that’s full of love and creativity, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a delicious meal!
I was looking for something to eat & had hoped the Gondo Fusion staff were still available to help. They were open. I just needed a side to go with the lunch I brought to work that day. The folks were very friendly and welcoming. I was excited to see zucchini fries on the menu and they were perfect. I had a nice lunch and will come back another day for some yummy food and to try some items from the main menu.
I finally had a chance to stop by this place and I'm glad I did. I got a breakfast burrito with plantains. It was a good sized burrito for the price. The plantains added a nice sweetness to the eggs, beans, and potatoes. I washed it down with a cuban horchata latte. The horchata worked well with the coffee. The online ordering was perfect and my burrito was exactly as ordered. My order was ready in time and person who greeted me was very nice. I'm looking forward to trying something else my next visit.
To be fair I tried Gondo Fusion at the Fair Oaks Farmers Market. I can’t really comment on the atmosphere of the place but I would assume it is warm and welcoming just like their food truck 🥰 I am newly vegetarian and got the SacTown Bowl vegetarian Cuban style and OMG it’s so freaking amazing. Wowwww. I highly recommend you give this place a try.
