Received terrible service today. Ordered 4 drinks which took 30 mins you receive. Family behind us received their drinks before we got ours. When we got our drinks 2 of the drinks were wrong and to make it right all the kid did was put a little bit of strawberry syrup/jelly stuff into our milk teas then tells me now it the strawberry tea. We were super disappointed with this place and we will never come back.

Drinks are great! Went with less ice and lowered sweetness on all of them and they were perfect! Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Marble Matcha, and Strawberry Milk Smoothie. Lucky to be able make it while they still had promotional supplies for FFXIV. Ordered through the CA version of the phone app. Really smooth ordering. Great staff, very patient with people's questions. Though I feel for them with the onslaught of multple orders. Please tip them well folks! Was able to order multiple drinks to get code for myself and my friends that were not able to join me on the 2hr trip. I wish we had a Gong Cha locally, I'd go there all the time!
Went for the FFXIV Colab and had a terrible time. Forced to order via kiosk and kiosk did not have colab drinks listed. Asked about this and was brushed off.
Finally figured out what to order and ordered the 3 drinks, of which I only got 2 of as they messed up the order. When I tried to bring this up they refused to even look at my receipt and began to get heated since they "did our job correctly" and refused to give me the colab item code because "you have to order 3 drinks." Which my receipt clearly shows and I have a bank charge showing 3 drinks, however again no one even bothered to look at it when I tried to show them and instead was basically kicked out of the store.

Despite being SLAMMED by a bunch of nerds for a special collab event, the staff kept a cool head and treated everyone kindly while they worked through orders. Y'all rocked, and I see you! Their London fog milk tea is 12/10

This review from yesterday afternoon. I had the Panda Milk Tea less sugar 30% ice...when you order you have an option of sugar level and ice. The menu were out of the most popular or certain drinks, which was disappointing. It wasn't busy and my drink was made within five minutes. Kinda reminded me of Kung Fu Tea place, too. Small sitting area.

This is one of the best boba place ive ever been in! So good, clean chairs and tables. The pearls are sooo soft, this is one of the first place ive ever been that their pearls are not hard. A little bit expensive but its so worth it!

I haven't been here for at least 3-4 years. I was in the area and thought I would pick up my usual mango green tea. Service was quick. I didn't have to wait long. Other than the one table occupied, it was quiet for a Saturday afternoon.Sadly, my drink was not as good as I remembered. I asked and pay additional for extra mango puree. I didn't notice any difference. Also, it was lacking the tea taste. With so many competition and new boba tea spot, they need to step up their game.

Friendly staff. No long wait time. A lot of flavors and customs. Got the London fog eclipse milk tea. Very nice sweet flavor. Also uses biodegradable straws that a plus!
Good food. Accurate order fulfillment . Polite people there. Fast. Everybody respects each other. Thumbs up.

I’ve been here a lot of times already. The cashier named Shong is pretty friendly and helpful. The boba teas are good. I usually get the earl gray tea with pearls.
