walked in & noticed if you order on the app (as your first order) you get $10 off a $15 order! we ordered a milk foam green tea (half sweetness & ice) with boba, earl grey milk tea (half sweetness & ice), and a thai tea. it came to about $9. the drinks were alright, my boyfriend liked his earl grey and i'd say my milk foam green tea was a bit watery but still had that floral taste - just wish they'd have those "sippy-cup lids" for the foam!

I always stop by here for my boba. It's clean little place to sit and enjoy with your friends. The staff is very nice. and I don't have to wait long for my drinks.

Already love Gong Cha and their sweet, chewy boba so had to come for the new Valentine's bottles! Yes it's small, but it's labeled as their medium...I'm not too sure but feels like it goes by fast lol There are four drinks to get the heart shaped bottle. I got the strawberry serenade and added boba cause it doesn't come with it. I love foam and it comes with it and pairs deliciously with the strawberry! 50% sweet My little brother got the taro temptation and switched out the strawberry boba that comes with to regular boba. He loves it, but I've personally have had better taro. Didn't really like it. Not sure if it was because my little bro chose 30% sweet.

This is one of the best boba place ive ever been in! So good, clean chairs and tables. The pearls are sooo soft, this is one of the first place ive ever been that their pearls are not hard. A little bit expensive but its so worth it!

My favorite milk tea to get here is the taro or jasmine milk tea, they have great tops here, it reminds me of home, the place where I would go...

A weird boba d.

This drink was bad tbh i couldn't even finish it. The presentation was obviously cute but the drink tasted like watered down gram crackers with cinnamon. I don't know if I was tweaking but my stomach hurt after, although I do hear better things about the strawberry flavor. You should probably order the strawberry or taro flavors if you order.

The customer service was awesome! My Strawberry drink was delicious and more importantly, they allowed me to sample a small taste without sugar to ensure it would be to my liking. It was definitely to my liking and I enjoyed it to the last drop. Very good! I am looking forward to my next visit. On my top 3 favorites list for boba tea drinks!

I haven't been here for at least 3-4 years. I was in the area and thought I would pick up my usual mango green tea. Service was quick. I didn't have to wait long. Other than the one table occupied, it was quiet for a Saturday afternoon.Sadly, my drink was not as good as I remembered. I asked and pay additional for extra mango puree. I didn't notice any difference. Also, it was lacking the tea taste. With so many competition and new boba tea spot, they need to step up their game.

The service was good, but something that I wish was more common is any boba shop is the ability to actually explain flavor profiles and have some background knowledge of tea. The taro is realllllly reallly good and flavorful. Most tarp is just too watery. They're boba was a little cold and slimy for my preference but i over all really liked it and will come back!

Gong Cha is a solid star franchise in the South Sac area. Their Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3J (Grass Jelly, Pudding, & Boba) is my favorite. Who would have thought to mix Earl Grey into a dessert?Their boba is always soft, drink mix is consistent, and prices are reasonable. I've tried the other flavors but it's their Earl Grey brew that keeps me coming back. They also add to their menu once in awhile to keep it interesting. My complaint is that their staff is limited so any lines will extend your wait time significantly as they fix up your drink. There are some tables to hang out with friends while waiting for the order or drinking. Restaurant is typically clean. There's no TV or Music so they should fix that to make the ambience better.

I came here after going to Duc Huong Sandwiches since it was just a few doors down.I loved the wide selection of teas on the menu. I ordered a Medium Brown Sugar London Fog with 25% ice and 30 % sugar, and got my order really quick. The drink was really tasty and refreshing! Since I'm in the area so often for grocery shopping, I'll be back again on my run.

Haven't had gong cha in forever especially with all the new boba spots being opened + being closer to me! However I was next store at Duc Huong so I decided to stop by and get my favorite and see if it's still good and it was!!! I got their green tea with original sea cream with light ice and it was the same as I remembered. The tea was the perfect amount of sweetness and the tea flavor is distinct. The sea cream mix so well with it! As for service, the cashier was super helpful and friendly! I love their honesty because I was unsure if I should try the Creme brûlée cream or their original and they suggest the original compliments the tea better so I'm glad I went with that. I'll definitely be coming back more often now!

My friends and I came to Gong Cha after eating some dim sum. It was only my second time here and I enjoyed it! I initially came in wanting a matcha, but I asked the nice worker, Shong, if their matcha is good but he told me nah. So I appreciate his honesty! Instead, I opted in for a panda milk tea 70% sweet with 50% ice. And let me say, it was so yummy! I haven't had a good drink like that in a while lol so I definitely enjoyed it. My partner got a black milk foam tea with boba and his was really good too, we both enjoyed it. I also had a sip of my friends strawberry milk tea and even that was good! It got me nostalgic because it tasted like Nesquik Strawberry Milk.
