This place is the best kept secret in Sac! It’s like having a meal with your family and the food is fantastic.
It's quaint but an awesome local place to get food. If you're vegetarian this is awesome, there is an attempt at some more vegan options which is super appreciated. Friends love the meat options too! Lemonade is AMAZING.
I live down the street from this place and have been wanting to try it for a while now, and finally decided to go tonight. And: Oh. My. God.
Let’s just say that I hope this place stays hidden because I will be here every single week. I would eat this every day if I could. SO good. She literally cooked it in front of me. Fresh, flavorful, delicious.
The owner, Delcy, is so warm and friendly. Good vibes in here.
But seriously, one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. I have a new excitement for life now just so I can try their new menus on a weekly basis. Like seriously oh my God I’m obsessed. I literally ate every bite and licked the plate clean. My sister wanted some, and I had to hold myself back as she took a bite like some sort of rabid animal. This woman is a wizard in the kitchen and I can’t wait to try what she makes next week.
This place is a gem. They treat you like family when you walk in and the food is incredible. So so so good!

We found this neighborhood hidden gem on our way up to Tahoe. This is real home cooked food! That day, Delsi had made lamb meatballs over basmati rice with shallots. Delicious and reasonable price. As we were there, neighbors were coming in and out to pick up there food, they all knew Delsi. It was a good vibe. We will be back next time we are in town.

We enjoyed Delcy's (the owner) cooking for the first time last night -- spanakopita and Armenian lentil stew, served with fresh bread and two different salads. Will definitely go back to see what her menu, which changes often, has to offer.

Their Brazilian Fish Stew Plate was delicious. The fish, okra, and plantain were cooked perfectly. We will definitely eat there again.
Vegetarian options: Their menu had a tofu version of the stew (we didn't try it though).

I had the exquisite quinoa salad and luscious goat cheese quiche! This is fantastic "Good Things to Eat", beautifully prepared with a whole lot of heart by two hardworking women who love providing great food to their local community! Highly recommend!
