As a hotpot lover, I could never fine a better place in Sac then Grand Hotpot Lounge. I visited this place 4th time in a month. The happy hour option is just the BEST! If you like AYCE and great options with hotpot then you can’t miss it out. Definitely will come back with more friends.

We did not have to wait in line for dinner on Saturday, and honey prawns were delicious. Also, the parking lot has a security guard on weekend.

We came here for dinner and it was a good experience. The servers were great at explaining how to order and were prompt in bringing out what we had requested.
There are private rooms with karaoke and also private restrooms for the special folks.
If it’s your first time visiting a hot pot, ask the waiter or waitress and the process gets explained in details.
Salmon sashimi and a couple items are available as a one-time order too.
Napkins available at the table so no need to keep asking for more.

Cleanest hot pot place I've been to. Regular hot pot food is good. Recommend the honey shrimp app. All you can drink canned drinks are some of my faves-herbal tea, grass jelly, Hawaiian stuff, coconut water.

Service was great, the food was amazing and you could tell everything was fresh. The broth selections are great- the house spicy is mild for those who want to venture beyond the original. I like that the layout accommodates all party sizes, whether you’re eating alone or a friend/ family size group.

This place is beautiful! Looked very classy inside. The food was absolutely delicious and the broth gets hot very fast (a plus for me). The best part was the service. The man who seated us was extremely helpful and attentive. He answered all of our many questions and checked on us often. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The quality per price was pretty great. The soup was not over msg flavored and had a great complexity while perfectly soft. The flavor of the broth really makes it so that sauce is an additional flavor. The sauce section was simple and not overly complicated but still had the options to make many different varieties. The meat cuts were delicious and the quality was surprisingly great.
Overall this place surprised me with great quality food and dining experience. 5/5
Vegetarian options: There are couple sides to pick for veggies. But it had the important ones. Hot pot is mainly blanched veggies so not the craziest variety but pretty great quality!

I am so impressed with this place. The value, food, service, atmosphere are all better than any other hot pot place I’ve visited. This place is a gem, we drive all the way from Natomas every time because it’s worth it.

My apologies for doing this. No one will like what I say. I feel bad for doing this. The service is great. However, this is a place where people can voice their experiences. Me and my friend went a while back and really were disappointed by the freshness of the food. The seafood reeked. The meat you can definitely get good ones in the local Asian grocery stores. I think this is one of those places where the social media hyped it up with influencers. The interior seems fancy, but there were plastic red used to hold the dishes. The soup base taste no different from what you can buy in the local Asian grocery store. I guess come here for good ambience and fancy designs as well as service and karaoke, but certainly not the food.
