It's always a hit or miss w their drinks. I ask for an iced americano w more ice and I got the exact opposite! i had to throw it away because i couldn't drink it 😔 4$ down the drain lol

Would not really recommend to anyone, not great service. Some of the workers are rude, and the coffee is just not good. I've tried a majority of their menu, and it tastes like scraps. If you're going to spend money on coffee, try the mill, everything there is just better.

I just started attending Sac State and stumbled across this coffee shop. Unfortunately, it's extremely overpriced coffee and not tasty. I decided to give it another try and ordered a smoothie instead. The smoothie was very watered down, not sure if it's the puree they use or some other ingredient but ultimately it was not tasteful either. I will stick to Starbucks or 85degree bakery instead.

The best coffee on-campus so far, cheaper than Starbucks, better than Java. Oat milk latte never disappoints me. Fast and cheerful staffs, there is always a line in the mornings but it keeps moving. Worth the wait!.

Fast service because the cheerful and friendly staff works hard to keep the line moving. The coffee's delicious, fresh, and the perfect temperature. It brightened our day and warmed our stomachs. There's also a good assortment of cold drinks, bagels, etc. We'll be back!

Every time I come I’m disappointed. Coffee doesn’t have a good flavor and their flavors taste really cheap and artificial. Today I ordered a mocha with whip and got a drip coffee with foam. For $6. Line is always long and the fruit they offer is not ripe.

Grumpy Mule always has excellent service, and some pretty good coffee. It can get pretty busy from 10am to noon most days.

This is probably the best coffee shop on campus, the chai tea is worth the hype and their coffees are good depending on what you order. It varies but the service is amazing and really quick and fairly priced too which tops it, it's almost as good as peets coffee, better than Starbucks, although a smaller shop than main coffee shop brands, it's very welcoming. Great place and microwavable food is great like always, burritos are worth the hype, even if it's a bit expensive.
