The staff cannot do math nor care! I ordered a pint in 2 flavors, and did the unimaginable of asking to split the order into two containers. The manager refused and said that I will have to pay for the extra paper cup and they don't have the item price. It didn't make sense, as Iam paying per wieght!I cannot believe that Gunters cannot give out a disposable paper cup. They just lost a customer. Shame, I used to like going there!

Great ice cream! It's creamy and wonderful-depending on which flavor you get. They have about 50 different flavors of ice cream to choose from. This keeps you coming back to try more. The service is quick. They are pricey here. Their taro ice cream is really sweet. The green tea ice cream is alright, tasting similar to the Hagen daas green tea ice cream. The toasted almond ice cream is sweet with sliced almonds in it. Their strawberry ice cream might be my favorite. I'm usually not a huge fan of strawberry ice cream either. Their strawberry ice cream doesn't have huge chunks of strawberries but small strawberry bits on it. It's a small shop but there is seating outside. Parking is street parking-parallel parking.

Must-try ice-cream shop!!! I always order their Half and Half where you'll get half of sorbet and half of the ice-cream of your choices. There're multiple flavors but my fav are matcha, guava, mango, coconut. The line can get long, especially in the summer but it moves pretty quickly.

The milkshakes were fresh, but not exceptional in my opinion about average, IDK if this was just my milkshake but it doesn't taste fully blended. It was a nice cozy shop, the line was short, service was good, but the price was high for the average quality. It's a cool place to visit, but I would prefer on price, cold stone or BR instead.

Who doesn't enjoy some ice cream and freeze. First time here with the family. Staff was friendly and not too busy, so we sat outside and enjoyed some sun along with our ice cream.

My 1st time at Gunther's Historic Ice Cream Shop. My Daughter told me that they have butter brickle which was a childhood favorite flavor of mine . I had to go with them and try it out. The ice cream is delicious. The service was excellent and it was nice to check out all of the classics and see what they're known for. It was a fun place for dessert.Parking: You can park in the neighborhood for free and walk or near the shop and pay if you can find a spot close enough.Kid-friendliness: yes, menu items for kidsWheelchair accessibility: not sure, it's kind of narrow in the shop

Family friendly atmosphere, been going there over 15 yrs. First time they messed up my order. Don't see how since they have go off the receipts. I didn't feel like wasting a good ice cream even though one of the favor was not what we ordered.
