I have this daydream about opening my own space and it’s usually been about a bar, but walking into this place was like walking into that daydream, but better. I absolutely loved everything from the decorations to the music to the belly dancer to the tea.We had an awesome time celebrating our wedding anniversary with dinner and then coming here to hookah. You could tell there were some regulars and I really liked that.The tea was absolutely spectacular. We got jasmine green tea which is my favorite. It had actual jasmine flower in it and the tea was perfectly brewed. I read someone else’s review of the green tea having hints of cardamom so I’ll definitely need to try that next time. So happy we checked this place out!

If you want to be talked down to, charged for breathing the air, and pre-warned that if you ruin their couches with hookah you will be charged before your hookah has even arrived, this is the place for you. This is directly from the owner himself as I found out later. These losers standing around the front front desk trying to act cool and hard while mean mugging you are so oblivious about good customer service that it's almost comical. You guys do realize people just want to come smoke a hookah, and all you have to do is not go out of your way to be rude and condescending and stop staring at people like they're about to run off with your moms purse. The owner himself Idris is the biggest tool so not surprised his minions aren't any better. You don't even have to believe anything I say. Just read his responses to other customers on here.

The Palace Hookah Lounge is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some flavorful hookah. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. They offer a wide variety of flavors and the hookahs are always well-prepared. It's a great place to hang out with friends and unwind. I highly recommend checking it out! ??

Rude Staff and Unauthorized ChargesIf you're considering visiting this place, I strongly advise against it. I was visiting a friend in Sacramento and we came here. The individual at the front desk is shockingly impolite. Rather than extending a warm greeting, he demands your ID without any courtesy, his demeanor snarky and outright rude. Even a simple attempt at small talk is met with silence. But that's not the worst part.Upon settling our bill, we discovered an unauthorized tip had been added to the total amount without our consent. It was only upon closer inspection of the receipt at home that we realized this sneaky maneuver. It appears this establishment's front desk employee is stealthily charging customers extra on their credit cards, a deceitful act that goes unnoticed until later.Save yourself the trouble and find an alternative place to spend your time and money. The individual at the front desk is in desperate need of an urgent customer service course, as their treatment of customers lacks any semblance of respect. It's baffling that such unscrupulous individuals are entrusted to represent this establishment.My visit here was an embarrassment of unprofessionalism and has left me disappointed. It's disheartening to realize that, on top of everything else, this place engages in questionable financial practices. Spare yourself the trouble and choose another hookah spot that respects both your time and your wallet.
