The food is good which is why we come back but the rude staff makes it really hard to want to come back. On multiple occasions the same woman is very rude and seems annoyed. There's a difference between cultural differences and just being straight up rude. I don't think the food can keep me hooked as a customer anymore. Sucks to not get to go back but holding back when she's rude is too hard to do.

I’ve been going here for the last 15 years. I’ve noticed the last four years the food quality is not how it used to be.. when we walked in it was very chaotic. We stood around for a while till someone yelled from the counter for us to sit at the table as she pointed to it from far. she didn’t even come to us. She yelled across the room who does that? They were speaking very loudly I wasn’t comfortable . They were also spreading in a foreign language, and I could hear things in the kitchen, dropping plates or dishes, dropping .. finally the waitress comes with her mask on coughing on all the way to us takes our order and in less than five minutes served us old and cold food and acted like it was fresh. The pineapple on the sweet and sour child was straight out of the refrigerator and they poured sauce over it . The taste of the noodles were bland and hard. The chicken fried rice was hard and cold only thing warm was the daises they poured over my general chicken. The taste of the chicken was very nasty like when it gets old and you can smell it. The coughing waitress insisted it wasn’t old and acted like, I was stupid .Very lazy very disappointed unprofessional service.We don’t even live in this area and we drive 30 minutes to come eat some Chinese food that’s supposed to be really good . Our waitress appeared to be very sick. She had a mask on and she was coughing all over the place. I have a Lupus and I get sick easily so I don’t wanna be served by a waitress . When she served my food, I was already disgusted just because she was coughing all over .This will be the last time take my time and take my family to drive 30 minutes to go here ever again I’m spending my hard earned money to get something fresh and hot not cold and disgusting . What a waste of time and money .

I been coming here for years. I love ordering from the Lunch Specials Monday through Saturday 11:00AM to 3:00PM. I love #1 Sweet & Sour pork served with Pork Fried Rice & Pork Chow Mein. I always order to go the Chow Fun- Chicken Chow Fun-"Dry" so good. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Tell a friend a co-worker and family this one of the best restaurant's to go too ❤️ 👍

Menu sucks when ordering online/call in orders. You have to be specific af!!! If your order is wrong they expect you to bring the food back immediately or freeze it and take it back. With no guarantees you'll get what you actually paid for. I should have known what I was paying for given the location smfh

Best Chinese food I have ever ate. The women in the front are amazing. Their courtesy to whatever order was first, really shows their customer service skills. Now, if it were a high end restaurant… everyone would wait for their food. Unfortunately, folks will understand only to whatever pleases the eye. As witnessed in person. For god’s sake, you are getting fresh food! At times, I feel full and their food lasts me up to a week. Could even eat it after refrigerated cold. I love Heng fat, & will always return. I only hope they grow as much as they can.

OMG. This place is awesome. I loved all the food and the price was surprisingly affordable. They are dedicated to making excellent and healthy Chinese food. I was so full but still so sad my plate was empty. But thats probably a good thing because I would have eaten until I exploded. I can't wait to go back. I can see why they are so highly recommended. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. This place is awesome.
