Have been here a couple of times and it’s been good experiences so far. When I first tried coming here it was very empty and slow, but after that the next few times it was busy! This seems like a very popular place with younger (not fresh 21 year olds) but mid 20s and above crowds. There’s definitely regulars that come and the bartenders are really cool.
They have obviously bar seating, some high top tables, and a few pool tables you can play at. They have a lot of different beers on tap and I like the cider options here. It’s a very chill bar, not super “dive-y”, very lively and has a great upbeat energy on even week nights. There’s a medium sized parking lot in the back and street parking. It’s not a go to place for me but I definitely recommend if you don’t want to go to a club but want something more fun.

The bouncer denied my brand new ID. I literally got it from the DMV last week and he says that it’s fake. The guy doesn’t know a real ID from a fake one. Maybe that’s why he’s bouncing at a lame bar rather than the midtown/downtown bars. At least get a scanner and a black light. He bent my ID once and claimed it was fake. What a joke of a bouncer and what a joke of a bar. Bouncers with egos like that will kill your whole business

Just tried to get in for a drink with my OLDER sister, and she got denied at the door because this disrespectful and rude bouncer declined her real ID that she newly got at the DMV last week! He was absolutely so dismissive and mean. I am 21 and she is 24 so we were completely shocked and angry. He is the bouncer who we always see too. I hope he is talked to because it’s extra frustrating to know how he has accepted fake IDs in the past. I honestly don’t want to go there again, I am so angry.

I went to hill top this past Sunday. The bill was $77.21. I paid $100 CASH & a few days later they’re still charging my card $77.21. They’re literally robbing me

Local favorite! You’ll always run into people you went to HS with, but you’ll end up with all kinds of new best friends by the time you leave!!! This place is especially fun around the holidays!
I only wish they.Had a easy place to order drinks instead of shoving yourself between 2 people at the bar.

I like the bar & still i give a one. I came in and put my car up. Two drinks in & I split there thread one. Helping Stacey with a pin pong ball coning my way. I don't spill my own drink. Vary rare i told the tender what happened. Shame did replace it. Vary nice of her for that. To male this short. A group i was playing pool with. One of them knocked it over & it broke. So i asked them to come up with me to prove it wasn't me. Especially after I just spilted mine. I thought since they did it. They would make right. Naw huh. I siad of they didn't i would buy it even though. My card is on file. Instead they blamed me & acted as if but Naw. If it was me & you said will you leave. Cash me out .NP... SHE SAID GO OUT SAID AND TALK WITH THEM. NP AGAIN. Yet my card wasn't gave back to me.. I leave with whats mine. If so i get it back i leave. Look at your camera's. I pay for whats mine. I did say I would pay for the drink if they did not. I dont need to be treated as os im sceeming with car on file & I just wanted my card back & charged with no recites. Told them i will leave. Please give me my card back. Sry I spilled me drink. I did clean it too. How rude of me. What was i doing.... Got card & left...Thxs..

Great local watering hole, located in East Sac. Went in with a group of 40 or so. The place was packed. We squeezed in and had a blast.
