Second outstanding recommendation for this establishment. No wonder we have been back. Love love love the steak tartare. Last time we also had a delicious pork chop. This time we had the lamb ragu. Also outstanding. We like going early before it gets too busy (5:30, 6:00) The cocktails are very good, and this time Kevin the bartender made a special drink for me using cardamom shrub, Rye whiskey and lemon. Fantastic.

Reserved a table for a party of 9 & there was nothing but great feedback from attendees. The history of the building enhances the experience. The ambiance allowed for a productive business meeting while also not feeling like a business meeting. The food and drinks were delicious & service was exceptional. We also appreciated the flexibility around payment options. I look forward to reserving this space in the future.

A beautiful room, great food, exemplary service: what more could you want? Located on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt House Hotel, the restaurant is well/designed with lovely light fixtures that show off the room and enable an easy reading of the menu! Creative and classic cocktails were nicely crafted. The fried olive appetizer was unique and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This upscale bar and restaurant sits above a hotel. Everything about this place is classy. Dimmed lighting with plenty of seating, including at the bar. Some truly amazing drinks, served by an awesome staff. Now the food is a different story. Brought some out-of-town friends here and we decided to order food. Beyond being a bit pricy, was just alright. I should have sent the shrimp back, because they were passed there due date. Overall, great place for drinks, but they should improve the menu and offer some more appetizers.

The ambiance was excellent - I adore darkly lit restaurants that still provide lighting for the table itself so you can read the menu and see your meal - it makes things feel more intimate. The cocktails were inventive, unique, and the best I've had in a really long time. The food was the same, while still keeping a sort of old school charm, with usual players like NY strip steak and pork chops. The service was lovely, and the bill was refreshingly reasonable for the overall experience. The only con (of sorts) was the noise level, but that's typical of just about any restaurant, really - if you have an earlier dinner, I'd bet it would be relatively quiet, plus our 8-person party was in the middle of the dining area, so it seems likely the perimeter tables would be/feel more protected from noise. All in all great experience, and we will definitely be back!

Since my name is Star why not go to Star Lounge? This place is cute, cozy, and fun. Can I tell you that I had the best pork chop of my life at this place. I'm still thinking about it. Great food, great drinks, I'll definitely be back.

They charge you for spoiled food. The halibut was FISHY, DRY & RANCID. When I told the manager how distasteful and rancid it tasted she stated “your words are harsh” and proceeded to confirm I should eat the rancid fish. Her absolute rudeness and lack of concern for food safety is a perfect representation of this establishment. 11/14/2025 9:02pm. She offered another plate at a ‘discounted’ price ON TOP OF the charging the rancid fish to the bill.
The manager underneath this review is encouraging me to call…but there’s no answer or voicemail available. They are just trying to pretend to care about serving rancid and spoiled food.

I had dinner at the Star Lounge recently and really enjoyed the entire experience. The space is beautiful, warm, and comfortable, and the atmosphere made it a great place to unwind. My food came out fresh and well-prepared, and the flavors were balanced without feeling overly heavy. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and everything moved at a relaxed pace. The cocktails were especially memorable creative but still easy to enjoy. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant dinner and I would definitely return for another evening here.
