This was honestly the first time I’ve experienced something like this at a restaurant. The delay and lack of response were unacceptable, and it completely ruined our dining experience. I hope you take this seriously and improve your service moving forward. Not recommended！！！

First time dining at this establishment. My review are mixed between the quality of the food, taste, and service. The first is very disappointed and very bad. Most of our orders are completely wrong, we have to wait additional 15 minutes for the right orders to arrived. The waitress has no idea how to serve the customers. In addition, with the amount of only a few customers, we waited for a very long time for the foods to arrive. The foods are ok but some are very over cooked. I will not eat at this restaurant but will only order to go on certain items.

It was my first time having dinner at Gold Coast Cuisine inside one of their karaoke rooms last night. The room is very comfortable with music videos while enjoying our yummy dinner. All the dishes we have are very fresh and delicious. The service is excellent as well. The karaoke system is great. We have fun after the delicious meal.

Parking: Although the parking lot is busy, many spaces are available within a short walk.

I Walked Into This Restaurant As I Walked An Elderly Gentleman Whose Pants Were Very Dirty And Nearly Falling Off Of He Greeted Me By Gestering That I Leave As He Looked Down At My Berkenstock 's. The Lady Who Asked What I Wanted To Order Interrupted Him, He Then Went To The Back, Then Brought Out Soup Of Some Kind To A Gentleman Who Was Sitting On The Far In Of A Nearby Table. I Informed Her That I Wanted Beef Chowfun, I Then Questioned The 18.00 Plus Amount For The Purchase Of My Chowfun. Coming From San Francisco Where Some Of The Greatest Chinese Food Place's To Eat Are, I Was Wondering Why It Was So Expensive, I Paid The Said Amount And Asked For Chili Oil And Chop Stick's To Be Added. A Few Moment's Later I received My Meal And Once Again For Chop Stick's And Hot Oil. I Was Told They Were Inside Of The Bag Including A Fork, Which I Guess They Thought I Would Be In Need Of Because I Am Black . I Left Without First Looking My Order I Just Wanted Out Of The Place I Later Opened My Over Soaked With Soy Sauce Chowfun That Was Also Over Cooked, Then Seeked For My Hot Oil, Which Was A Small Packet Of Chili, Not Fresh Chili Oil As Had Previously Asked For. I Just Sat That Horrendous Food Down And Kept Walking What A Waist For Something That Was Extremely Over Priced. I Am An Avid Chowfun Eating Individual As Well As Other Chinese Food. I Will Never Go To That Place Again Bad Service & Horrendous Food.
