I ordered DoorDash and found Hair inside of my shrimp in my gumbo. They can't blame it on the driver because the bag was sealed. I ate almost my entire meal and found the hair. I immediately started throwing up. I will never order from this restaurant again

We had the pleasure of having Shay as our waitress. She was amazing. Constantly made sure if we were good and if we needed anything. Excellent customer service. Great conversations and recommendations on the menu. Plus she was cracking jokes back and forth with my dad and all of his dad jokes haha. She was great. I strongly recommend her for a raise *wink wink*

Worst nail salon in Rocklin. Customer service sucks and they use cheap nail polish that doesn’t last a week. Don’t waste your time or money here

The waiter knew the whole menu. She was very nice. She got our orders right our food came out hot. Her name is Shea why she was very attentive and a friendly smell and she knew everything in the menu she made me smile and laugh and reminisce of my old self when I was a kid her age

We hosted our event at Hook & Reel and it was amazing! The menu had a great variety, the food was fantastic, and the team made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone planning a gathering or just looking for a delicious meal out.

Very bland.
2 orders of potatoes, 1 house sauce, 1 garlic sauce. There were 3 whole potatoes in each bag, I had to cut them and put them back into the little bit of sauce they added to the bag. Large portion of very dry garlic noodles that were over cooked and stuck together, needed oil/butter or something. Asked for a Ceasar Salad, was given a house salad (I'm allergic to tomatoes). Also ordered Catfish meal w/fries. My 2yr old Granddaughter enjoyed the fries. Enough said.
I noticed a small sign on the counter that said Chason's was their sister location. The young lady at the counter said that if I liked Chason's, I'd like Hook and Reel. I've eaten at Chasons a few times, and I can't say I'd compare the two. I should have settled for pizza. I spent $50 on food I didnt enjoy. So Goes Life. Please dont allow my experience keep you from trying Hook and Reel. The chef may have just had a bad day.

Great spot to grab some lunch or dinner. A bit pricey but the portion is decent. Seafood Boil sauce was okay only, felt like it was missing the kick needed to hit the spot.

We came here for the first time for a business mixer. Very pleasantly surprised to find the food delicious. Great service. Been driving past this place a hundred times and never stopped in. Glad we came and had a positive experience. Will definitely come back with the family.

I enjoyed my experience. The seafood boil was very flavorful but the crab was over cooked so it wasn’t juicy which is my preference. I enjoyed the Jalapeño appetizer and asked for light sauce cause it’s molasses and can be very sweet. Great atmosphere! Service was on point! I would definitely visit again.
