House is always reliable. The wait staff is fun and efficient. The food is delicious and fresh. It is the perfect spot for a pre event meal.

This cafe is a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The interior is cozy with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The menu offers a variety of tasty options, including fresh salads, sandwiches, and homemade desserts. I tried their grilled chicken sandwich, which was juicy and flavorful, and a refreshing lemonade. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The place was clean and well-maintained. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. It’s an ideal place for a casual lunch or coffee break. I’ll definitely return to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!

They had our table ready even though we arrived well ahead of our reservation time. We were served by a very helpful staff, and the drinks and food were all delicious. (Lavender Haze - excellent!) Glad we found you, and we'll be back!

What a wonderful place! The decor is modern and stylish, creating a chic yet cozy vibe. The menu is extensive, offering everything from breakfast favorites to hearty dinners. I enjoyed their avocado toast and a fresh juice, both of which were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The ambiance was lively but not noisy, making it perfect for both casual meetups and business meetings. Prices are fair considering the quality. The overall experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu. A perfect spot for food lovers!

Basker Hobbins from the Hopscotch Ranch and I were in Sactown with a couple of relief pitchers properly equipped with a full sack of freshly set cow pies..still wet in the center and easy to throw, and about a half sack of dirt clods all from his ranch, with a single mission...make the day miserable for a few politicians!
The House Kitchen & Bar was perfectly situated, not only would we enjoy some amazing food, but we'd be able to prioritize our targets with our bull pin, and watch the fun in real time. Man-O-Man...The House Kitchen was a great decision, the food was spectacular as was the service! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ ! But...that sidewalk! Be careful where you step.

A great venue to eat at, before an event at the Golden 1 Arena. It's a short 3 min walk and the food is fantastic.

Never been to House before, so I decided to give it a try before the Lisa Lisa concert at Golden 1. They say they have the best French Dip in SAC, so because this is my partners favorite sandwich, I made reservations. She said the French Dip was the best she has had in SAC. The meat was tender, bread was fresh, and the crispy onions were a hit. Have to mention the Ajus was so flavorful. I had their traditional burger, and it too was delicious. Made just the way I ordered and came with plenty of hot fresh fries. Dripping with juice as the beef was fresh and not a frozen patty. Service was attentive and not pushy. We will definitely return to try other items on their menu.

Chicken Marsala was great! However after the office workers go home, the building turns off the AC and the restaurant gets uncomfortably hot.

It took almost one hour to get our drink order! The poor server was delightful but the efficient of service was nuts. Not enough people working. Too bad as we live downtown. Will hesitate to return. We brought friends and they surely won't be back

The food was fabulous. Great service and affordable prices compared to other surrounding restaurants. You can't go wrong here.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Food lines up to the hype, they are known for thier French dip and it does not disappoint. Almost all the food they serve are in large portions. Clean and well maintained restaraunt. Would recommend for anyone working around the area in downtown Sacramento by the state capital. Plenty of parking options and easy to walk to.

spicey pasta was best ever. Pasta tasted like it was freshly made. The shrimp, and other seafoods were fresh and not fishy, and were amazing! Best value in town!
