One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was extremely disappointing. Poor presentation, subpar quality, and absolutely terrible flavor . Definitely not worth the high prices.
To make matters worse, the restaurant had no functioning air conditioning. The doors were wide open, which led to flies buzzing around our food.
Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in on lunch asked if their noodles could be made vegetarian they assured me it could be. When I got it the dish had meat cut into tiny pieces all throughout it. Told them about it and the cook told me they couldn’t give me a refund.
Try the Korean place next door, much better service and way better food.

Just went here half an hour ago. Sat down in my office to eat the chicken bowl and a few bites it found a piece of glass in the rice that I had in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting. Would advise to avoid this place at all costs

Food is trash. Honestly the worst i love teriyaki i ever been too. I've been to a few in sac and they give you huge portions and taste great. Ordered the spicy chicken and the chicken looked super grey and no grill marks and tasted like a day old chicken. Never going here. Teriyaki express on Kiefer way better.

Classic teriyaki. Chicken! I had the honey chicken. Very good portion and tasted great!
The lady in the front was very kind and helpful. I paid $17 for a combo of vegetable tempura and teriaki chicken. The tempura was not fresh and the portion was very small. The chicken teriaky did came with no teriaki chicken.
The customer service was good but the food did not look right. Felt very disappointed. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying. :/

the female employee couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone and take my order. she forgot my side of potstickers so i went back. the potstickers tasted AWFUL. a huge chemical taste i couldn’t even swallow it. tasted like burnt oil and chemicals.
