This place would be so much better if they actually cared about who they hired and if they implemented no phone and stricter rules as well. I had an order to go, they usually put it in a bag so i asked the asian wearing a hat for a bag and she tossed the bag on the counter. not to mention i also waited 5 minutes before she took my order because she was on her phone. i can tell she’s a child so i just go along with my day because i know kids these days have huge attitudes. when the asian guy wearing the hat backwards used to make the sushi it was so good, now they have anyone making it and it’s not as good as it used to be. the food is good but the way the server girls act makes the restaurant have a nasty look.

I love this place, I always come during my break but lately even during the slow days in the food court they take forever to get the orders out. I waited for my order for 15 till I went and asked for an update and the lady behind the counter paid no attention to me and was watching tv on her phone paying no attention to customers while there was another employee doing everything else.

I was at Arden Mall today, went to Ichiban Sushi and ordered just the California rolls. When I took everything home, only upon returning, I discovered that they forgot to put the sauce, wasabi, and even the ginger. At the checkout and ordering area they didn't ask me if I needed it, and I didn't have time to ask because I was distracted by the kids.

I drove 20 minutes to eat here, I arrived at 7:42, they are supposed to close at 8, well when I arrived they refused to take my order, claiming they were already closed, thanks for nothing.

Bought the Korean hotdog half and half and it was not cooked all the way through. The outside was crispy but cheese was not melted half way to the hotdog and it still had uncooked dough inside.

These people are so so so rude! And their sushi is not the worst but it’s decent at best I will not be returning. There is a new sushi place opening up at the front of the mall called pier 50 or something like that and wii da shii kinda by wyda way if your in the area but don’t go here pictured is the guy who was rude wouldn’t give a name

My husband and I have not been out in sometime and I tell you Bryson and Brittany were awesome. I literally laughed the whole time. The service was all around 10plus stars best night I've had in a lonnnnng time. The food was amazing but the service I will never forget. Thanks guys!!!!
