I had the raspberry ice cream and it is very rich and good in flavor. I recommend to everyone specially if you are throwing a party because they have good portions, they offer great customer service too.

I don't know if their AC is broken, but it's very warm and smells TERRIBLE. It smells like rotten food. It's so bad that we did not stay inside and have seen at least one person come in and then walk back out. Also, they only have one person working and it took FOREVER to get the food. (I would have left entirely, but my daughter had her heart set on it, hopefully I'm not dealing with food poisoning later) Would not recommend

It was our first time visiting Icicles, as we were looking for a dessert spot for the kids to enjoy. Of course, we checked YELP on what is close by, and this popped up! The kids enjoyed watching their rolled ice cream being made, and it came out amazing and delicious. They had numerous options to choose from, and they also had a 'make your own boba' station. Everything was clean, and we had great, friendly service! If we are in the area, we definitely will be back again! If you have a sweet tooth craving, don't hesitate to try their yummy rolled ice cream!

I was lucky enough to get in here before a HUGE rush.. couldn’t believe when the ice cream barista mentioned I could have any and or all of their toppings I wanted! Ended up coming back the next day for a little family outing and not a single person in our group was disappointed. I asked the icecream barista if he could do a little show for the kiddos and they couldn’t keep their eye off him! We even got FREE TOKENS for the little ones as we waited.. not to mention he gave my children FREE water ballon’s which was so perfect for a hot weekend! I had the bravocado and one of the girls offered some salt.. I was hesitant at first, but felt so silly after for questioning the professionals! Absolutely will be coming back - service was on it right away and so incredibly friendly! Thank you so much Icicles-Sacramento staff!

The ice cream is a bit pricey I’ll admit being an average of like 12.99 but you get a lot and the quality is great, it tastes amazing, and you can also add most toppings on for free which is CRAZY.The guy gave us some tokens to play the claw machines while we were waiting for free WHICH IS ALSO crazy cool, they were extremely kind even after telling us how they had just gotten broken into and things stolen they were still extremely kind and giving giving us a free water some water balloons and the tokens for the claw machine as I said. They were awesome and definitely earned five star definitely gotta come back because they earned our business again with the kindness they displayed towards us
Our big family (all 8 of us)came for ice cream after dinner. Markisha was AWESOME. So nice and helpful with all the flavors and options. She had a beautiful smile and had great customer service! I recommend going! Thank you Markisha🤗

I love coming to this place! I do admit the prices a bit high but for the amount that you get and all the toppings you want for me is worth it. Also if you follow them on Facebook, they have 50% off sales on some days. One day I came 5 minutes before a sale was ending and the owner was nice enough to help me and give me the deal. Staff is always friendly every time we come and willing to answer any questions. I read some reviews and my husband have no idea what smell people are saying, because every time we come is clean and no noticeable smell. My husband and I will keep returning!

The stench in here is so bad I almost didn’t want to order. Won’t be returning, can satisfy icecream cravings anywhere else. Not a fan of businesses that have ONE person working the entire store. Even if it’s slow you can’t predict when your employee needs some help. Yikes, I feel for the girly who helped me out and made my sweet treat today.

I came in with high hopes from the reviews but left disappointed. The door of the establishment was open but it was completely dark inside and everything was turned off? No one was inside and it felt like a horror movie so I quickly left. Thankfully habit is open next door.

They do NOT honor the price they have listed on their own menu!! Plus they have removed the section with toppings to pick from so more difficult for the lil kiddos to decide without seeing. Also not what you would expect customer service wise for an ice cream shop. The ice cream is good but there are too many ice crem shops to choose from, to come back to a place that is rude and does not value their customers.
