Great ice cream, I always go here with friends when we're in the area. You also get free coins for the machine so its extra fun. The staff is also always attentive and nice since one time we got a cup of just mochi bits. Thanks a bunch

One of the longest waits I’ve had for one ice cream, been in here for over 30 minutes. They made a million door dash orders before even starting my ice cream. Crazy to think the iPads ask for a tip.

We got there at the right time. This place gets busy! They have a great selection! Non dairy as well. All the toppings are included. The kids tried the strawberry fantasy, and tooty fruity. Did not disappoint.

I ordered one of the non-dairy options, and it was alright. If you like toppings, this place definitely has a plethora of options. Owner seems really friendly. They give you coins if you purchase an ice cream cup for these arcade-like machines, but those are a scam lol. The food itself was okay, nothing impressive but not bad either. Probably can get cheaper yogurt or ice cream at Yogurtland or somewhere else.

The first time here, and I like the ice cream, I asked for an oreo, with some topping, I like the flavor, and most of it is ice cream roll, I pay $24.00 for two ice creams and both with two toppings, price it, but not bad.

Got there and the door has a big lock on it so I guess they are closed indefinitely? Everywhere you look it says open till you get to the door. Looks like it's been closed for a bit.

I arrived to icicles just now. To my surprise, the doors were locked and not one single employee was inside the establishment. The hours of operation say they are open from 2PM - 10 PM. It is currently 4:42 PM. I am very disappointed due to the fact I had brought my whole entire family here after raving about the ice cream quality. The hours of operation need to be adjusted or atleast put a sign on the door if you know you're closing when it's not normal. This is how you lose good business.

I think that this "ice cream" tastes gross. Imagine when you get a tub of ice cream from a store that was obviously melted, at one point, and then frozen once more... that's what this feels and tastes like. Not for me. Toppings are yummy- but what good is that when you don't like the ice cream?Every time the cashier took an order the one before was deleted. This happened 4 times until he figured out how to get it in the POS system.There was only one station open. With 3 of us having ordered, the 1st person had to start eating before the rest of us because their "ice cream" was melting.

What exactly are the hours of operation? My family pulled up @3:30 on a Thursday no sign, lights on, doors locked? What "NOW OPEN" Where? The reviews looked nice, what a bummer.

This is a fabulous place to take kids! My kids really enjoy picking their own toppings and watching them make the ice cream. The guys put on a show tossing their scrapers and chatting with my kiddos. They also have claw machines that take seemingly free tokens that the guys give out repeatedly. My kids were entertained for a solid hour. The ice cream bases are super yummy and you get a lot so very worth the price. I would highly recommend for the friendly customer service, fun flavors, and entertainment.
