We had been twice recently and each time there was a fruit fly around each. The high chair was sticky and growse to touch. We were given the incorrect order and didn’t realize until we drove away the receipt wasn’t corrected. Both times we didn’t order a breakfast item and the food was okay. If we were to return we’ll try a breakfast item and that’ll determine if we return. We for sure don’t recommend the cheesesteak or the salad.

I've had breakfast in many IHOPs but this one stands out the pancakes were so fluffy and delicious, my eggs were made perfectly as I requested and the service was fast and friendly even though they were busy. I highly recommend this location!

I was hesitant to go go this IHOP at first considerating the location, however I was impressed with the inside and overall atmosphere. It was clean and cozy and well put together and decorated. And the server we had was super friendly and attentive.
Not the greatest. Our waitress wasn't on point as easy as that should have been for her and she wasn't. But it was late night and she was younger so I totally get it. I gave it a two cause the food sucked.

Can you imagine getting a greeting so enthusiastic and organic that it breathes life into you and makes you feel like this person that you don’t know is happy to see you entering the establishment. Super vibrant greetings I just don’t feel like they happen that often anymore but the greeting I got from Mo Was just the best early morning start your day off greeting I’ve gotten in a very long time. I mean it was so good. It just made me be like I need to eat here. Absolute legend and very genuine. Thanks 😊
