I ordered the breakfast sampler for the senior citizen 55+ and asked for my one egg to be over medium and was told that it did not come like that. They didn’t cook that type of egg. They only came scrambled after asking our waitress and she expressed that yes it comes as I asked for it, and when I called the manager, then she came back with a new egg that he made and now it’s over easy basically undone, so I’m gonna go terrible on the food. The waitress was awesome Kat. The cook was the only person back there and he only spoke. Spanish did not speak English and said he did not know how to makeover medium egg

It was bad, bad customer service!!!! the food was not cooked right hard and burn my kids got sick after we went home it was such a waste of money and time this is so sad my Mom passed away me and my Sisters and family went to celebrate about our Mom's life and they made it so bad and sicking 😞😭 I don't want to even think about this place it needs to close down the host act like she was the manager 😒 she was so rude. I didn't tip nobody!!!!nobody deserves it 😔 the lady nose was running and they act like they all just kicking drugs habits.

I would give this ZERO stars if allowed. DO NOT eat here. First time/last time for us. No cottage cheese to start. She brought 1 plate for 2 eggs & 1 plate for hashbrowns. I asked why they were down as side dishes instead of 2 eggs and hashbrowns on one plate. Should have been a simple order. NOT. She said Not On The Menu, along with an attitude, wth! Side of shortstack was cold and dry & not enough butter. I didn't dare ask for more butter only to bring on another issue. Our waitress was Gina, a very rude person who should not serve the public if she wants to argue with customers who came in with a simple order. She didn't once ask how our food was and looked at us like we should not question her when we did. BAD business! No wonder not many in there. Total negative experience. We left full of anxiety and anger as she continued her attitude when we walked out after paying cash. I know someone who owns a restaurant and they said never leave a tip if you get a bad experience, so that's what we did. I will tell everyone I know about their bad customer relations.

Horrible experience this needs to be pointed out. Our waitress who kept speaking to us in Spanish was just awful. Assumed we spoke Spanish took out order and kept assuming we wanted certain items. We pointed it out several times and she just didn’t care. She never came back to our table until it was to time to bring the food and give us the bill. If it wasn’t for a sweet waitress name Jazzie who was busting her butt and still provide service with a smile, we wouldn’t have gotten our food. The manager or whoever was in the back, kept screaming out loud the whole time and I felt bad for alot of the employees. The seemed stressed and overworked. Our order was wrong when it finally came out but at this point we were famished and just wanted to hurry to get out. The initial waitress never came to check us out so we went up to pay and the hostess said we need to check out with the waitress the waitress we never saw??? She seemed just as irritated and not willing to help and then call our initial waitress Suddenly she comes up again speaking Spanish. We paid and asked for the receipt. She was clearly upset and she snapped at us and told us again in Spanish, No tip?? The audacity of her baffled us.she was mad. I hope this location changes because we weren’t the only customers upset. And I hope to the lady constantly screaming and yelling orders out loud and reprimanding the staff, Learns proper edicate and how to tone down in a restaurant full of customers. It was so annoying to hear her voice continuously bickering and yelling. Overall we waited over 40 mins for food and never once got checked in on except for the sweet hostess Jazzie who truly deserves to be recognized.

Food was good, but the server named Gina was so extremely rude and condescending. She must have been racist as she was pretty decent to everyone else except our table and treated us like pathetic children who didn’t understand anything. She called us “all over the place” for being a bit confused about a menu item rather than respectfully helping us out like what her job requires her to do. I asked her a simple question and she gave me a very harsh “No” back and started pointing to the menu aggressively. What kind of customer service is that? Even the person I was with was SHOCKED at her behavior. She had an incredibly rude and pushy tone that she tried to mask with a sweet voice which made it all worse if anything. The management definitely needs to check her as she gives their resturaunt a very bad rep. Bad experience.

At the end of the visit a person that was NOT our server came and DEMANDED a 18 or 20 percent tip. Very unprofessional and rude. After it was declined the lady was very hostile towards me and my children. Will never go back to this location.
The service and food ordered was good. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. She deserved the highest tip. Whole experience would've earned a higher rating, to no fault of the restaurant, but a group of diners in a nearby booth, conducted themselves like bafoons, and just riuned it.

I know it's christmas and they might close early but when me and my wife came up the open sign was on but doors was locked so me and my wife went back to our car and some other person came up doors locked as well but the manager looked at us and let the lady in and not us that was super rude and I will never come back to this IHOP if you don't let one person in you don't let anyone ells in very simple.

We stopped in here after shooting drone footage on 40A under contract and while it was just a quick breakfast - the waitresses was awesome!! The place was packed. The waitress got us in right in, and were quick to get our order. The food was cooked correctly (eggs over med. and crispy hashbrowns), and again - the wait staff was awe-some - ergo the big tip! 👍
