5/5 for me every time I go because our server is always so friendly, attentive and it’s usually dead when we go. We prefer going at night time because the servers are always kinder than the morning shift. We have gone a couple times in the morning and have always been disappointed so we prefer the night shift. I’m not sure what her name is but my boyfriend and I came in around 9pm-10pm and would love to say thanks. The server is usually different depending on the day I go but this server served us twice so want to recognize her for her work. It’s not a small business but we come back because of the night service. I also got the cali roasted turkey sandwich and they must’ve changed but it’s a lot better now. The turkey is thick slices and super flavorful. I love the added tomatoes, it’s like super sweet which helps with the dryness of the turkey. Everything pairs well with this. My boyfriend got the steak and eggs, something like that. He always enjoys it since they added it on the menu. I don’t expect ihop to have the best steak but it’s decent. Always looking forward to coming back because of the service and food.

If there was a 0 start I would give it 0 star the customer service was so bad that we had to have our order to go since they wouldn’t stop making fun of us ordering a little slow and when we asked for something else they replied very rudely

To place an order took along time, took food awhile to receive, (I could see the food on the food station just setting there). One received toast was cooled I asked for some warm toast but never received, told the waiter and if he could adjust tab, waitress blamed the cooks they are the one, and that they could not adjust the tab but they can give us a drink in place of the toast not received. (no thanks Ill take my business to Denny’s)…

I ordered an item from the menu today. What was served was not what was advertised. Machaca does not include pickeld jalapenos or toasted corn tortilla strips. And when they advertise shredded beef, it should be included in the serving. I couldn't find a single piece of beef tiny or otherwise. The flavor was okay, for whatever they were serving. This customer did not get machaca. Hands up for the hash browns, they were awesome.

I had the worst experience anyone could ever have when going out to eat at a restaurant. Our server penny messed up our order a handful of times. She refused to take our food order along with our drink order, states our order didn’t get put into the system THREE TIMES & drinks came out late. Also, once our food did arrive someone’s order in our group was wrong (got bacon when he ordered sausage ) AND PENNY GRAB ONE OF OUR SPOONS TO TAKE THE BACON BACK FROM THE PLATE IN FRONT OF HIM TO EXCHANGE IT FOR SAUSAGE. We waited over an hour for our food. When we did attempt to leave she did not let us. One of her coworkers had to tell her to leave our section and she still refused. Service was ridiculous today. I wouldn’t wish this type of service on my worst enemy.

They were obviously short-staffed in the kitchen. It took a very long time to place my order. The place only had four tables. Took almost 30 minutes to get my meal. Not going back.

I went with my family and spent like 100 dollars and they charged me an extra 40 dollars tip and when I left only 10 dollars the waitress had a bad attitude. I didn't know if I was doing something wrong. Please, someone clarify that for me.

Great place to eat especially thei $ 3.99 pancakes.
I ordered the breakfast sampler for the senior citizen 55+ and asked for my one egg to be over medium and was told that it did not come like that. They didn’t cook that type of egg. They only came scrambled after asking our waitress and she expressed that yes it comes as I asked for it, and when I called the manager, then she came back with a new egg that he made and now it’s over easy basically undone, so I’m gonna go terrible on the food. The waitress was awesome Kat. The cook was the only person back there and he only spoke. Spanish did not speak English and said he did not know how to makeover medium egg

It was bad, bad customer service!!!! the food was not cooked right hard and burn my kids got sick after we went home it was such a waste of money and time this is so sad my Mom passed away me and my Sisters and family went to celebrate about our Mom's life and they made it so bad and sicking 😞😭 I don't want to even think about this place it needs to close down the host act like she was the manager 😒 she was so rude. I didn't tip nobody!!!!nobody deserves it 😔 the lady nose was running and they act like they all just kicking drugs habits.
