Came here today as a party of 16 for my son’s 2nd birthday. Staff was incredible. Very attentive, accommodating all of our family and friends, sang happy birthday. I pass another IHOP to get to this one but will come to this one every time. Thank you for making my boy’s day special and easy!!
My wife and I went there because we saw a commercial for 6.00 breakfast. It was 7.00 but we didn't complain. Liked the choice of music which helped the ambiance a lot. Also the food was good and nothing to.complain about.

So disappointing. My family used to come here almost every week, the service and quality has gone so down hill. My food is always wrong, and takes forever even when it’s dead empty, and that’s frustrating but honestly not a deal breaker for me. We’re in no rush usually just relaxing together so I genuinely don’t mind whatever the wait is. I only mention it at all because it was never like that before. The real issue for us now is the service. The staff there is just so nasty now. So rude, really don’t care. Even if you let them know politely they made a mistake they give you a very condescending “oh well, what am I supposed to do about it? Not my problem.” type of attitude. And the food is so expensive now which isn’t their fault at all, everything is more expensive these days but I’m certainly not going to pay that much money to be treated like garbage. I’d rather cook at home. Which is what we’ve been doing and it’s been so much lovelier. I don’t know if there was a change in management or if they just stopped caring I have no idea but it’s insanely disappointing to have to change up our family spot because we were treated so badly on so many occasions that it’s just not worth it anymore. Shame really.
