Disappointing Take-Out Experience at IHOP (12/15)
I had a truly unpleasant experience at IHOP during my take-out order. When I picked up my order, I was dissatisfied with the quality and requested for it to be remade. Unfortunately, the manager, Jose, spoke to me very rude refused my request. I then asked for a refund, but he again refused, instead instructing me to call corporate for a refund stating he don’t have the money since I order on the app I should follow up on the app. No kind of manager skills at all. The browns was under cooked falling apart and soggy. The bacon was hard as a rock
I felt completely dismissed and left with no choice but to take the poorly prepared meal home, where I had to do my best to remake it myself. The lack of accountability and customer care was frustrating and unacceptable.
I hope IHOP takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both their food quality and customer service standards.

Ordered the Steak Tips expecting it to be acceptable and exceptional, however it was disappointing. The meal came out cold and ask to heat it up. When the steak comes back, The steak’s juice was bloody on the inside and I normally eat medium well and not medium rare. When I informed the server she told me the steak was well done and it’s not. Well done steak is not juicy and I didn’t even ask for the steak to be cooked well done. However it was more medium well and made my stomach feel sick. I’m not normally one to write a bad review, however in case I had too. Will not be returning to this location.

Strawberry pancakes $15.49, Protein pancakes $15.49. I ordered the protein pancakes with strawberries and asked if they're both the same price why did I get charged $4.00 more? The only thing they could say was because we added them to your meal... (me BUT THEY'RE THE SAME PRICE). Dishonesty and poor management is obviously what's hurting their sales. Won't come back. $26 for 4 pancakes and an orange juice. Not to mention the person I spoke with after the fact said it was only $2.50 to add strawberries which means i was still overcharged. I'm guessing the staff isn't aware of the companies values or goals. This is what you get when a business hires employees that need a paycheck and not staff that are committed to driving results. Aysha the server was super rude. When one of my coworkers asked if she could order off the kid’s menu, (since it said only for children 12 and under) she responded super condescendingly, saying “I can’t tell you what you want.” And my coworker decided to not even order at all because she was so weird and rude about a simple question. She never checked in on our group of 10 people, and when a couple of us stood up to pay she snapped at us to sit down.Definitely a bad experience.

I was visiting Sacramento and the IHOP was nice and clean the food was good and the waitress was very nice

The food was okay but nothing to brag about or say WOW for. The pancakes don't taste all that well anymore either. The waitress was great her name was Jessica no issues there she was nice and friendly ?
I had the fish platter but the fish was burnt. I gave it a 3 star for food because everything else was good. If I go again I'm going to request for them not to cook my fish so long I must have cooked fish but not burnt.

The service I had here was phenomenal !! My waitress was so kind and attentive and knew the menu well! She kept up with me as I blurted out my order too fast and got everything brought to us so quick! Wish I could remember her name. Also the cold brew coffee is so so so good

My 3 year old and I came here. The food was amazing, Customer Service was excellent. I will say, though, it was expensive. I spent 40 dollars for myself and my 3 year old, who had a kids meal. We technically could have shared food, but I know better next time.
