I had a great experience with their service. They provided coffee for our VIP tent at a non profit walk. It was an early morning and they were there on time and very sweet. Communication about booking was a little informal but that was fine for me. The 2 baristas that joined us accommodated us very well given the chaotic environment. They were dressed professionally which was a nice touch h for our VIPs at an otherwise very casual event.
I thought my latte was great! Not too sweet and the taste of the actual espresso was good!
One thing, they did forget the right size lids for the hot drinks. I was able to take some from another booth but had I booked for a more formal event or they were the only source of coffee, that could have been a bigger deal.
I will be looking forward to booking them for another event.

We regret to express our dissatisfaction with the services provided by Impresso Espresso Coffee Cart during our wedding. Despite having engaged them to cater to 135 guests, the average wait time for coffee was an extended 45 minutes. Contrary to the committed service duration of 3 hours, they depleted their milk supply within less than 2 hours into the event. Consequently, numerous guests who ordered coffee service were left without their orders. Additionally, the cessation of coffee orders after the initial 2 hours, despite payment for a 3-hour service, further compounded our disappointment. We cannot recommend Impresso Espresso Coffee Cart based on our experience.Responding to your review reply, Yes you did overcharge us!You never changed the price you still charged us for 160 people even after the adjustment to 130 people. Because you said you will just stay extra hour(3 hours instead of 2 )According to your words if you guys made 160 cups of coffee in 2 hours(about 120 minutes) it means that your staff were making cup of coffee every 45 seconds. Which I find really hard to believe. Everyone from my guests who i spoke with said that coffee wait time was more than 30 minutes. Some of my family members ordered their coffee 2 hours before you left, and they never got their coffee. You guys provided service for 2 hours instead of 3(3rd hour you didn't do anything because you ran out of milk) . My wedding coordinator told me that the problems with the electricity were in the begging of the event when you couldn’t find an outlet to use, but you guys were provided with the generator. Out of 2 baristas that your business sent to work at our wedding 1 said that she has never worked as a barista before.
