The only reason for the 4 🌟 is because all the drinks I wanted were flat! Other than that, their food is always awesome, the fries are crispy, and the staff super friendly and accommodating.
Service was slow. Guys working the line made me wait over 5 minutes to order while they chatted instead of finishing their shift change. Then sat over 5 minutes waiting for me food at the window. No line when I got there. Line was coming out of the back of the parking lot when I left. Not sure what fell apart but they lost their mojo

Burgers keep getting smaller. More bread than meat
I've pretty much just given up going to this in n out for a quick meal. The drive thru line is 10-15 cars deep pretty much always. 15 minutes minimum to get in and out. It's just too long and inconvenient. No app to order ahead. Rarely are all the grills inside running. Single order taker outside. You guys used to be quick and convenient before COVID. Look at chick FIL a. Double drive thru, order ahead, curbside pick up, pick up inside, order ahead and eat in. In n out is falling behind and losing customers.

I arrived at this location 30 seconds before closing (0059) thinking they were open for another 30min. After saying I was good and didn’t want to delay there off time they made it clear that they were willing to take my order. Food was great as always.
