Great experience eating here, however the drive thru employees were very rude. One girl was training another and complaining that cars weren’t entering the drive thru correctly when there weren’t any indicators of the “correct” way to enter the drive thru as the cones and signs were all pushed off to the side. It’s a mild annoyance to deal with a frustrated drive thru employee when it’s my first time at the location and they have a problem with what deviates from their system when there is no indication or training on what that system is for customers. After that, the lady taking my order with the tablet, the “trainee”, opted for a good degree of attitude seemingly because I merely made eye contact with her. The food however was excellent!

Typical food at this location with the usual excellent friendly service. Delicious animal style double cheeseburger, fries extra well, and large chocolate shake. The fries were even a bit crispier than normal which I really liked.
Was greeted right as we entered the building and the service was very professional and since we were order number one we received a sticker which was awesome since we were only visiting from out of state. Place is very clean and well upkept. Would reccomend stopping by if you enjoy In-N-Out Burger.

Went over DT at 11pm with a long line, the cashier on the 1st window Hashana was chitchatting with other co workers causing traffic and long wait. What’s more disturbing is she didn’t ask guest if they would like to round up their change for the homeless foundation that the company is partnered with for a cause. I had to tell you can round up my change. Let’s please take time to train people to be attentive

My bag of food was soggy when handed to me in the drive thru. Maybe your employees should be more efficient because I waited 20 minutes in line for food that was made 15 minutes before i got it which was cold
