The drive thru line is just getting ridiculous. My last review that I'm editing was 5 stars from 7 years ago - that's how long I've been coming here. Today is the third time I've driven in with a line 20 cars deep. Add a second line, more cooks, more order takers, another location, something.... You guys can even increase prices - that'll lower demand. I drive off without ordering because I'm not waiting 20 minutes for a burger and there are many many others doing the same.

Great service and food I've come to expect from the high standards In and Out set for themselves. The location didn't disappoint and I'm glad to have the option near by. Parking lot is funky to deal with long lines but it makes sense and is better than spilling out into traffic.

Always one of the fastest in-n-outs in the area. I usually get it on the way to or from the airport.
The chocolate shake was really good. The fries were awful. Dry, not crispy at all. Was like chewing drying paste.
