Ordered protein style arrived with the bun!!! Sent it back then although I asked for everything on sandwich - it came with no onion. Asked for 2 xtra slices of cheese - didnt get it and cheese that was on it - cold not grilled. Fries very dry!!

A pretty constant stream of people (and super long drive thru lines) might discourage one from stopping in but the staff is very fast and very friendly.

Theres like 8 people working. I waited 15min no biggie. But to get cold fries and a shake that isn't even drinkable is crazy. Of I course I went home 1st. But what a waste of money. Literally threw everything out. The burger was ok at best. I wondered why I never go there. Now I know. Now you can know too. Also seems like everyone there hates working there. That for me, I wont go back and support that type of business. Either they are overworking their employees or hiring anyone they can get. Either way not going back again

Line is longer than expected. Food was cold. But they compensated with 3 food vouchers as it was my first time eating a hamburger. Service was fast once you ordered. Good spot , hotter food please and add chicken on the menu.

Passed by here yesterday afternoon, Saturday March 1st, 2025. I have been to this In-N-Out location so many times. By the way, I live four miles from here, this is the closest In-N-Out location from where I live. The service was good. I ordered a 4x4 with no tomato and regular onion, fries, a large drink, and a chocolate milkshake. When I got My food, it was hot and fresh. By the way, this is My first time ordering a chocolate milkshake here. I remember getting a chocolate milkshake at this restaurant, it was back on Thursday August 22nd, 2024, I didn't order a milkshake, but I received one for the inconvenience as well as two gift cards. I always go to In-N-Out because it is My favorite restaurant to eat at when it comes to burgers. I prefer In-N-Out over McDonald's. I have to say that I love In-N-Out so much.

Been around the world. Nothing beats this simple burger. In n Out stayed strong during inflation and still delivers a solid burger for a good price. Animal style fries are the way to go. Whataburger sucks

Super busy. Fries were not done and soggy. Double double meat was not done either and very greasy. Appeared that cooks were rushed to get food out fast and undercooked.
