Went to this In-N-Out location at Delta Shores earlier this afternoon with My Father. I haven't been here in a while. The service was good. I ordered a 4x4 with no tomato and regular onion with fries and a large drink. My Father ordered a Cheeseburger with onion, fries, and a medium drink. My visit here was really good. The food was fresh as well.

I found an angel yesterday when my paper bag ripped off and my 2 doble doble hamburgers fall off and one of the employees saw me sad I almost cried and sent me back to talk to the manager showing the ripped bag and I get them replaced thank you so much IN N OUT employees in this location work the best people nice attitude and smiles as a big beautiful family is my favorite God bless you and happy holidays 🙏🙏🙏❤️ ♥️ 💜 💙 💖

Ran in for a quick order of fries. Employee was pleasant and order was quick
I have had lunch or dinner at this In-N-Out Burger many times. The burgers and fries are lined up with all the other In-N-Out Burgers in California. The services are good most of the time. The dining room is pretty standard for all the newer In-N-Out Burgers. Comfortable and well-lit. The parking lot at this location is always jam-packed. I have to park my car in the main shopping center parking lot sometimes.

Micheal was the ideal person for this place. He was so kind and conscious of the customer. He saw me explaining to my lady that they accidentally forgot the cheese on my burger. I wasn’t gonna even bring it up. But he slid by and said “4x4 with cheese? Onion or no onion?” I laughed and said it was fine. Yet he snuck me a brand new burger and nailed it. He was fantastic on all levels and was extremely easy to talk with. Give me a promotion please.
