Over use of Color. Too hard pieces in Chicken Tikka Masala. Have tried their food 2-3 times. The Tandoori chicken has so much Color in it, not required. Didn't feel as fresh. Same story with the pieces in Chicken Tikka Masala. Plus the pieces were so hard.
Occasionally an OK place with decent food, not something I would want to visit or order often for lack of freshness and too much Color.
On one occasion, tried Karahi Paneer which felt good and fresh.
Absolutely terrible experience at India Oven. The chicken masala was bland and super thick, the mint sauce tasted like toothpaste, the samosas where soggy, and the naan was hands-down the worst I’ve ever had. Dry, chewy, and flavorless. And to make it worse, they drench jarred garlic all over the naan. I only came here because my favorite spot, Indian Sizzle, was closed, and I instantly regretted it. Wouldve starved instead of I knew just how bad this place was.

I ordered today daal makhani, whole wheat roti and ratia. But instead of roti they gave us naan which was not freshly prepared. Frustrated!!! And also ratia is equal to water
I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at your restaurant. I called twice to place an order, and both times the staff disconnected the call mid-conversation without even letting me finish my order. This unprofessional behavior has lost you a customer - I'll never be ordering from you again.

We got butter chicken to go and it was so pricey for very bad quality. It was so much dye with almost no flavor. It was super watery and just a waste of money

I have visited today for buffet. Food was good but it is so expensive 😩. We ate small meal but paid high. It should be for 11 or 12$ which is same rate everywhere but they charged 21$ per person. I am not satisfied.
