This place was trash to me. The young lady was super rude and dismissive. She give me some old cookies and then just threw some ice cream on you as if I wouldn't notice this cookie is hard, old and cold. No ma'am, not for the money I just spent in here. I was told that this place was so good, and it was so not. What a waste of my gas, time and money. If I try this place again it will not be this location. Straight garbage.

My first time here, we spent $95. The man was beyond unfriendly, terrible customer service! He gave me HALF SCOOPS instead of the regular size scoops…that pissed me off, yall should have seen the tiny scoops he gave me. The filled cookies are almost $4 a piece and they’re TINYYYYYYY, he gave us a HARD cookie brownie 😡😡😡, the atmosphere wasn’t inviting at all, no music, dark & gloomy. Even tho the prices were outrageous, the cookie size/quality & ice cream scoops portion was terrible, & the atmosphere was unpleasant…the worse part was the short Hispanic man customer service…he didn’t smile, he looked soooo miserable, he couldn’t answer how the filled cookies taste when I asked, he looked so annoyed by us smh. I’m never returning and that man should be working the counter because that was crazy how unfriendly that guy was.

For the price I paid, I'm not impressed. They were hard and almost stale, flavor was just okay, and they are super small cookies. I thought that since the price was comparable to crumbl cookies, that the size would be similar but they are less than half the size. Super disappointed. Also not a big deal but had to pay for parking just for order pick up. Definitely won't recommend and won't be returning!

Have bought cookies from here a few times, sometimes in person and others delivery...this year the last few orders have been consistently bad with the cookies being undercooked, smooshed, really small or extremely misshapen. Definitely not worth what they are charging, picture should explain enough. Lol

In the heart of DOCO, I love insomnia cookies and come here at least once a month. There is never an issue with my order and the service is always rapid. I only wish they had more locations, specifically one in Elk Grove closer to where I live. However, it is always fun to hang out in DOCO and make it an eventful day with yummy cookies to take on the go.

Oct 31st at around 11:30 pm, i ordered 2 double chunks, 2 m&ms, and 2 snickerdoodle. He (the cross eyed one) is sooo lucky i didn't open the box in the shop and notice he didn't give me what I ordered. Nonetheless, the cookies were still good and I enjoyed the hell out of them. ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY WAYYYYY BETTER THAN CRUMBLE ????
