For the price I paid, I'm not impressed. They were hard and almost stale, flavor was just okay, and they are super small cookies. I thought that since the price was comparable to crumbl cookies, that the size would be similar but they are less than half the size. Super disappointed. Also not a big deal but had to pay for parking just for order pick up. Definitely won't recommend and won't be returning!

Have bought cookies from here a few times, sometimes in person and others delivery...this year the last few orders have been consistently bad with the cookies being undercooked, smooshed, really small or extremely misshapen. Definitely not worth what they are charging, picture should explain enough. Lol

In the heart of DOCO, I love insomnia cookies and come here at least once a month. There is never an issue with my order and the service is always rapid. I only wish they had more locations, specifically one in Elk Grove closer to where I live. However, it is always fun to hang out in DOCO and make it an eventful day with yummy cookies to take on the go.

Oct 31st at around 11:30 pm, i ordered 2 double chunks, 2 m&ms, and 2 snickerdoodle. He (the cross eyed one) is sooo lucky i didn't open the box in the shop and notice he didn't give me what I ordered. Nonetheless, the cookies were still good and I enjoyed the hell out of them. ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY WAYYYYY BETTER THAN CRUMBLE ????

This isn't the first one I've eaten here, and definitely won't be the last. A staple when in the area of Sacramento. This time around we primarily tried the ice cream side of things which was so good and fun looking. The cookies are obviously a dream come true having a nice outer crunch but just melts in your mouth right after. Only thing is they're pretty pricey for a cookie and ice cream shop, but for a nice treat once in a while it's great.
I ordered six cookies to delivered from DoorDash, and the total came to $28.32. Each cookie costs 4.60ish. I was surprised when I opened the box and saw something I wouldn't have bought for a fraction of the price. They are small and are microwaved before arriving. One of the cookies in my box is a half sized cookie. I've included visuals with this review, so you can decide if they're worth your hard-earned dollars. Whoever has deemed these amazing must not have ever had a cookie before.

Don't get fooled by how it looks. The cookies were decent looking and very mouth watering but they are not good. They are just sweet and that's all!

I always love the cookies and ice cream here. But today there were two ladies who closed their door at 12:50am when they supposed to close at 1am. We can all the way from Rancho Cordova just for these cookies and they refused us the entry. When we told them argued that you still have 10 mins to close them finally agreed and let us in. But they were so rude. I can understand it’s a Friday night but you are supposed to close at 1am while you have cookies to serve. The management should really think about these two ladies who is working tonight because of which Insomnia is losing their reputation.
