No food served here but if you're looking for a good neighborhood bar with a positive feel to it, try it out.

Ok at first the bar had the best vibe but then one day there was a random turn of events. I went outside to talk to some acquaintances and when I came back one of the workers or whatever named Desiree caused a seen in the whole bar and yelled at me for not tipping the bartender lol. Didn’t know it was a major requirement to do that because from my understanding you just buy the drink and leave 😂. So yeah if you go to Ernie’s tip the bartender or Desiree gonna rip you a new one 😂😂🤣🤣

This bar is a legend in Carmichael. My grandpa used to come here often and for many years. I came with a friend the other night and it was nice. I had tequila shot and beer. It's a older type atmosphere kinda laid back. Bartender was great!! I suggest checking this place out.

Biased opinion, I work here. Great clientele that make my long nights a lot of fun. Very diverse crowd and wide selection of musical tastes on the karaoke nights. Ages ranging from 21 to 80’s, a lot younger at night. Yes, a neighborhood dive bar, but nowhere I’d rather be. We try our best to have you like it as much as we do, so stop by Friday and Saturday nights to see Amberlyn, Tracy, Ana and myself. Stop in and sing!!

I'm giving a 5 star review because all the bartenders. Anna,Tom and Kelly are always awesome. Rodney on the other hand was incredibly disrespectful. Even after buying him a shot he not only threw my drink away but continued to talk over me when I was trying to keep things cool. I normally tip minimum 20% but his attitude was not okay. And I think he acted out extra because of the tip which is extra wwrong. We have always been cool so unsure of the miscommunication but professionally speaking that's unacceptable.
