Did not call out our order as promised. I’m assuming the order was missed or given to someone else. Staff was rude & uncaring when asked. We ended up with someone else’s pepperoni pizza. Food rated at a 2 on a 1-10 scale.

I was really looking forward to sitting down and enjoying a meal at this Iron Horse but my experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting at the kiosk for a long time to be seated, no one from the staff bothered to assist me. It felt as though I was being deliberately ignored, which made the situation feel uncomfortably racial.
Frustrated, I ended up ordering at the kiosk myself, hoping things would improve. However, after a long wait, the food came out cold, which only added to the disappointment. The lack of basic customer service and the unwelcoming behavior of the staff made this visit unpleasant.
It’s clear the staff here needs proper training on how to treat all customers equally, regardless of their background. This place really needs to do better.

Wish I could give Zero Star for service. Food - I never got to eat .. so no idea.. Service crew needs training and education on how respect and serve diverse background ... We were treated very differently right from time we checked in. Despite telling our flight boarding time, the food order was delayed so much and till we asked again on status ( almost 20 min after order), the waitress said it will take another 20-30 min and if we are late we can cancel and leave!! It felt right from beginning she never wanted to serve :(
The restaurant was almost empty and not busy that it would take so much time for just one burger!! I would not go here anytime at SMF..

The chicken tenders were nearly inedible as they had been over fried and the french fries were cold when they came out. The best thing was the $12 canned beer. Steer and clear and head to one of the airport convenience stores for food.

We had a great experience! Max was a fabulous server, the food was wonderful, and there was no wait to be seated. The santa fe salad and bĺeu cheese burger were phenomenal. The Chai whiskey drink was STRONG. The bill was a bit pricey, but on par for airports

This breakfast was easily the best meal I had all week in the area (granted, I had been at the mercy of catered lunches). The scrambled eggs were perfect, not runny but not dry. The bacon was fantastically crispy. The service was a little slower than I'm used to within an airport, but not outrageous and both the hostess and server were helpful and friendly.
Worst burger ever! Like eating at my high school cafeteria. Border burger was dry and had NO sauce. On top of that, there was one measly pepper slice ): Turkey club was fine but not amazing. Bloody mary’s were quite salty. Place may have been a bit understaffed because the service was slow.
