The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Check your order before departing. I ordered the 8 wing combo with fries and a sprite, the sprite was the only item they got right. I ordered Santa Fe Hot and Parmesan Garlic wings, but they had no flavor/sauce. Fries were soggy, no ketchup or napkins. The staff were nice :)

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.
After 15 or more orders, I can definitively say the food quality has gone severely downhill at this location. Gave it one final chance tonight and will not be eating here ever again. When I started ordering delivery from them over a year ago, the food tasted fresh, portions were decent, and the price was great for what you got. Now one bite of a chewy, foul tasting boneless chicken wing has my stomach in knots. And when I say foul, I do mean past its best-by date, not just icky. My fiance ordered the 4-piece tenders, and they were barely bigger than the boneless wings and also tasted questionable. The portion of fries has also significantly decreased, and everything tasted like the fryers haven't been cleaned in quite a while. Don't eat here unless you enjoy feeling sick after your meal.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
