I don’t usually eat out for a bunch of reasons, but every now and then, I stop by this Jack in the Box. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while, and today’s the day!
Overall, this place is rocks!! The tacos actually look and taste like the ones on TV—crispy, fresh, and not overly greasy like at other locations. We’ve also had the croissants, and they were spot on.
Today, I tried the 2 burgers for $6 deal. I’ll be honest—my expectations were low, but I was wrong! The food was good, and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do.
The staff here is friendly and hardworking. Even when it gets busy, they handle it well and make sure everything comes out right.
Solid 5 stars from me. Great job to everyone at this location! 👏🍔🌮

I ordered my food online and came to pick it up through the drive-through. Everything went smooth. Food was hot. My order was correct. The employee was very polite and wished me a good night with a smile. I’ll be back, this location is better than the one near my house.

I called to find out if the drive through was open or the lobby, the phone was picked up and I asked one question about them being open and the person answered the first question and then hung up on me as I asked a follow up question. That was super rude.
Edit: went through the drive through, they didn't put the lid on my drink fully and as I turned out the drive through it spilled in my car.
Always feels unclean. Inside and out always seems to be abused by people that do not care. The help has always been friendly or totally unaware or uncaring. The wipe off a table but it's still dirty. The building never smells clean always smells of old frying oil. Many food items are usually overcooked to make sure they are done to be crispier especially the egg/spring rolls as there is never egg inside. Onion rings are overcooked everytime. Fries nothing special.

Whoever was running the drive-thru on September 23, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. absolutely deserves recognition. We ordered through the app and went to pick it up. The car in front took a little longer, but once we got to the window, the employee went out of his way to make our food fresh. He had us wait in the front, and within minutes we had a hot, perfectly accurate order (something we truly appreciate since past visits often had our orders wrong). I wish we had gotten his name because he was fantastic!

The food was good. It was a little slower than expected for a fast food spot and it was not busy. The staff was nice and patient. The inside seating was freezing and the outside smelled of weed so we were forced to park away from the restaurant and eat in the car. We are not from the area but I wouldn't ever go back or recommend others.

This isn't just for this place but with all facilities days qualities gone down servings have gone down but prices gone up it's ridiculous. We used to go to a nice restaurant and pay $15 a plate
